“In good functional condition. Has woodgrain end cheeks instead of the black painted ones. Volume pots are a little scratchy but all functional. “I am reluctantly selling my Pro One. Between a friend and I we have had this classic for over 30 years.
Serial No 100- 4403
It has been in storage for several years and after plugging in to test, it has developed a couple of faults,
I want to be honest so I will list what the obvious defects as well as the good points to give everyone a good basis for decision
Cosmetically it is still In great condition for a big old monosynth from 1981
It will power up . the on/off switch on the back is stuck in “on”
The synth will work in drone mode , the keyboard does not appear to work.
The knobs and pots all seem to work ok, a few are a bit noisy , in drone mode you can hear the filters change, LFO etc
Both the pitch bend and modulation wheels work ok.
The keyboard has a few slightly wonky keys, but the last time it worked, all the keys worked fine.
There are scratch marks to the bottom of the casing from being on stands etc over time
The front panel is in very good condition with very few visible blemishes
The wooden end cases are also in good condition.
I have replaced the fuse holder and replaced the fuse, and I have downloaded a manual with the original 20 preset patches
I have taken the Pro One to a private keyboard repair centre, the guy seems to think it’s a voltage problem, but 35 year old mono synths were not his strongest point, but he said it would definitely be salvageable with the right knoweldge. ” Click here to search for synths on eBay

“RAREST of the RARE: ARP Odyssey Mk I (Late Model 2800-1974-5). This is a two-oscillator analog synthesizer, and one of the first with duophonic capabilities (the ability to play two notes at the same time). This allows you to get that wonderful “guitar-like” distortion when used with Distortion/Flange effects.that bands like Ultravox used to good measure as a lead synth.
I used this in my home studio back in the day before it went into temp-controlled storage. NEVER USED ON THE ROAD/GIGGING. Smoke-Free environment always. Hence the museum quality condition. Please look at the pictures-Even the slider caps are all original!

“Up for sale is this ARP Axxe.
I bought this secondhand so I’m unsure of what happening on the inside. Modifications have been done as far as I can tell by the back panel.
It powers up and sound comes out. Most functions work as they should but some sliders are a bit scratchy and the effect can jump about.
Things I know aren’t working are:
-The keyboard isn’t gating properly. When key is released a note is still in playing.
-CV jack on the back not working.
-Sample and hold switch not working

Audiophile timbral quality. Truly holds its own with ANY other synth. One of the most beautiful synths ever made.
I had a Voyager XL, and for similarly priced units, the A-4 blew it away, so I sold my Moog. The GRP has much more power and flexibility and the fidelity is superior to the Voyager, IMO. If you are looking for a Model-D sound, then buy a Model D, cause even Moog’s re-issue doesn’t sound like a D to me. The GRP is not a Moog clone.
This is one HELL-of-a synthesizer, semi-rare. Will retain its value; so buy it, use it, then sell it for what you paid for it.
You will notice one small blemish in the last photo. This is NOT a scratch, merely a narrow SMUDGE (about 1/2 inch) that can easily be covered with the matching stain from a Minwax Wood Finish Stain marker pen. The cabinet appears to be a walnut veneer. Other than that, the unit looks brand-new. “For your consideration I have a ultra rare AKAI VX-90 rack. It sounds amazing and is 100% functional. It comes from a clean smoke free home. It comes with the original rack ears and hardware. This is a VCO synth with a lot of cool features. All of the waves have pulse width. You can stack half or all of the voices in unison and then detune them for a super fat sound. Its really easy to edit from the front panel. It also has an input to process external audio form AKAI samplers. “I just noticed that I didn’t put all the white switches back on after cleaning them. They WILL be included with the synth!
There is the Moog Prodigy and then there is THE Moog Prodigy with External Controls. This is the more desirable one that has:
– S-Trig In/Out
– Kybd In/Out
– OSC In
– VCF In
– Sync In
These controls allow you to achieve deep bass notes as well as being able to connect the synth to a sequencer.
I am not the original owner. I purchased this synth for a studio project where we needed those nice thick, dimensional analog tones that cannot be achieved through soft-synths or from the newer digital synths. If you want the real deal, here it is!
Cosmetically I would say it is in good condition for a ~30 year old vintage synth. It is definitely aged, but that is part of the beauty of a vintage analogue synth. If you want mint, this isn’t your synth.
Please Note:
As mentioned, I am not the original owner and so I do not know much about the history of this particular unit (where its been, maintenance, etc.), but what I can tell you is that it works as designed. Every key, every pot, every switch works. It plays in tune.
