“Up for sale is a (1) vintage Synton Syntovox 222 ten band vocoder, made in Holland. It’s the later version with noise knob for the upper three channels. The vocoder is working fine and sounds very good! Cosmetically it’s in nice condition for its age, but there are some minor signs of use and little scratches on it (see photo’s). ” Up for sale is a (1) vintage Synton Syntovox 222 ten band vocoder, made in Holland. It’s the 1981 model with noise generator. The vocoder is working fine with some slightly scratchy potentiometers. Cosmetically it’s in good condition for its age, but there are some minor signs of use and little scratches on it (see photo’s). “The Syrinx is great shape for its age, no major markings on front panel. Left side has a dent in the metal. Keys stick a bit but typical for this type of synth made in early ’80’s. The modular is 10 components, used primarily as part of a larger system that was taken apart. House them in a Euromodular box to fit all 10, and individual components need to be wired to the power supply, one red (+), one blue (-), and one black (ground). Power supply will accommodate up to 30 modular components. It works fine and is indeed the original System 3000 power supply from Synton.” Click here to visit listing on eBay
