” Ich versteigere hier meine Korg DDM220 Super Percussion Drummachine. Sehr kultiger und plastischer Eighties Sound in zeitgemäßem Plastikgewand und eine stylische Alternative zum zeitlich ähnlich einzuordnenden Roland Pendant TR-626. Entgegen meiner ersten Annahme nach Wiederinbetriebnahme ist das Gerät voll funktionstüchtig..;)
Daneben macht es auch optisch einen guten Eindruck, siehe Bilder. Ansonsten bietet die Super Percussion einen sehr tighten, einfachen Sequenzer und wunderbar dezentes Aliasing. Dementsprechend vermute ich 8-bit oder 12-bit Samples in der Klangerzeugung.
Der Drumcomputer ist für Batteriebetrieb ausgelegt, was auch der Grund war, weshalb ich erst keinen Ton aus dem Gerät bekommen habe, da sich halt keine Patterns mehr im Speicher befunden haben, da ich die Batterien aus dem Batteriefach entfernt habe, bevor ich das Gerät vor langer Zeit weggelegt habe. Dementsprechend gibt es hier auch keinen Säureschaden, wie bei so vielen anderen Geräten der Zeit.. Es kann alternativ aber auch mit einem 9V DC Netzteil betrieben werden, das nicht im Auktionsumfang enthalten ist.” Click here to visit listing on eBay

“I have for sale a DDM-220 Super Percussion Drum Machine from Korg.
This guy has seen a lot of action. It is in fine working order but it is missing 2 knobs on the front and the battery panel.
It is totally functional, regardless.
This was released along side the “Super Drum” machine around 1985 – Where the “Super Drum” had your standard drum sounds; this guy had all the other percussion sounds.

“Up for auction are two vintage Korg Drum machines. The first one is a Korg SuperDrums DDM-110 and the other is a Korg Super Percussion DDM-220. Both are in excellent cosmetic condition and are fully functioning (although you have to install 6 “AA” batteries if you want to save your work or just leave it plugged in). Batteries not included.
The drum machines are being auctioned as a pair as they are more valuable together. It is rare to find them together as the SuperPercussion wasn’t very common. They can be linked together via MIDI and then run through MIDI on your keyboard, etc. or just used separately and run through your amp/mixer.
