“Custom 8-voice polyphonic modular Eurorack synth built for a sampling project. That’s right, 16 oscillators at 2 per voice!

The goal of the project was to emulate a vintage Oberheim 8-voice in both unison and polyphonic modes. The various Oberheim 8-voice VST emulations are great, but they just don’t capture the “organic” sound produced by free-running hardware oscillators and filters.

“The module is in great condition. Comes with Ribbon cable and screws.

This a great module, either use as 4 independent ADSRs or send a gate to no 1 to trigger all 4 (unless they got their own gate plugged in) control your pitch, volume and filter + something else. Resulting in complex sounds.

There are trig outs at the end of each stage, wich allowes the module to be used as an unconventional sequencer.”

“This Doepfer has never been on tour, and only used in a non-smoking, personal studio. It’s in amazing shape – only the case cover has been altered with a sharpie, but it’s only cosmetic. Comes with over 20 patchbay cables in various colors and lengths.

Thanks for pointing out the power – this is US POWER. The cord is three prong US. It was converted by a pro modular synth builder in LA – easy conversion.
