This is a nice complete system configuration that includes sequencing, touch keyboard, both types of Buchla oscillators, filtering, random, S&H and noise options, audio and CV modulation, envelops, VCA / Gate, mixing and with all the blue knobs settings being able to be saved with the preset manager.
Included are all the cables you will need to start patching, 12 Tiny jack audio cables, 12 Pomona banana cables for CV and 4 Pomona Double Banana Stackable shorting Bars to connect the 281e outs to the 291e inputs, power supply and also a J&R e-Ray 12 LED light for the 201e-12 powered cabinet.

It’s been recently serviced including a power supply recap, so is in great working condition.
Cosmetic condition is really excellent. There’s minor blemishes only to the front and rear panels. The wooden sides are both in tidy condition with only minor blemishes.

“Up for sale here is my trusty Midi NES Cartridge. It’s in pristine condition, the contact pins are barely worn as seen in the picture. They quit making these years ago and you’re not going to find another one!
This Cartridge uses the total sound engine of the NES which is 2 pulse/square waves, triangle, noise and a sample channel. The sample channel has dozens of classic drum machine sounds that you can play from a keyboard, very nicely arranged for simple sequencing with your DAW or hardware gear. The samples are classic Roland machines – 808, 909, 707 and a bunch of random drum samples. The noise floor is relatively low – i used a gate on it and cleaned it up nicely. The sound is surprisingly punchy.
It also produces interesting video output from the NES if you use the video connection, it pulses to samples and notes played, changing colors as well.”

“Oberheim FVS-1 Four Voice Synthesizer
This is a great example of a four voice. This unit was restored recently, with rebuilt power supply and decoupling caps replaced on all boards, pots cleaned, keyboard bushings replaced and entire keybed cleaned and polished out, and oscillator tracking calibrated.
It plays and sounds incredible. Only issues are that the master volume pot is a little scratchy (only when adjusted), and memory store/recall does not work properly despite replacement battery. Memory storage on this keyboard is not very useful anyway – since some of the most important settings cannot be stored with a patch by design (modulation routing, etc.). The more useful features of the optional programmer module all work perfectly (vibrato, centralized pitch, filter control and envelopes). Tolex is original, and some bumps, bruises and rips have been professionally touched up (worst of it was on the lid).”

“Fully working, excellent condition. Fully and exhaustively restored by Analogics so new capacitors, calibration, battery, and cleaning already taken care of. Has the Encore Midi which also increases patch storage on this. I can provide some additional patches for this that were the Devo and related sound banks offered up at one time.
This Moog is only second to a Model D in terms of vintage raw tone and it is easily one of the best mono synths out there. Famous for it’s use as the baseline in Blue Monday and many other songs.
I actually have more money invested in this than I’m asking. Were you to get a good condition Source, get the midi kit, have it installed, and have the whole synth totally restored you’d be surprised how quickly that all adds up. I thought I’d have this synth forever and treated it that way. Just stayed in my personal rig at home for years now.
This is a great sounding synth, all the vintage vibe you want, and everything you know Moog for, but also with midi and expanded patch storage. You can edit and save patches in Midiquest since this has midi. This beats the sound of newer synths by a mile, easily integrates into a modern setup, and is just plain fun and inspiring to use.”

Great sounding and rare synth from the 1980’s. Bought about 10 years ago and shipped over from the US (US/UK Power Adapter not included), and has been kept in the same condition ever since and to be honest has hardly been used in my ownership.

“Moog Prodigy vintage analog synthesizer synth keyboard. Condition is Used. Was made in 1981 or 1982 because it has the full input panel. The previous versions only had 1 output jack. The wood has a nice relic condition, there are two knobs missing, and one of the shafts for the knob is broken. You can move it with some pliers or rig it to work. I tested all the knobs and keys for functionality. I plugged it into my guitar amp and everything works as best that I can tell. It produces some really cool tones!”

Does not include the (INSANELY OVERPRICED PG-800) but can be controlled over sysex with a variety of VST/mobile apps.

” Roland D-50 D50 LA Linear Synthesizer Synth MIDI 80s classic. Big brother of D10, D110, D20, D05 & MT32, and keyboard version of the D550. I actually owned a D550 with the MEx expansion & programmer (amazing combo).
All keys work. All functions work. I changed the battery and memory was reloaded (see pictures). FYI : “You will need to hold down the data transfer button while hitting the bulk dump or bulk load and press enter. Hold the data transfer button down while pressing the other buttons down or else it wont work. Most D-50 require this and some don’t.” In case you are the auction winner & need to reload sysex files! 🙂
There is a small crack in the case which does effect usage of the 3 buttons to the right of the faders, but is probably a simple fix.

“Here’s the deal.
This is the second one I’ve owned, and the second that’s crapped out on me in the same way.
I bought this one with some issues, notably some severed wires internally(?) and minor stuff (battery swap, controls needed cleaning).
Backplate was sanded and repainted from different unit because it had some surface rust (no water damage, I promise)
I got the thing fully functional- everything sounded like it should. Gloriously sharp 80s pads and the like.
And then I tried loading in the factory patches via tape dump
And that bricked the sucker.
Same whale noises as the first one that died the same way. The oscillators are working, but on power up it’s this big whooshing sound that drones on.
No idea if it’s a stuck bit somewhere or something dumb, but I’m stumped, and it’s hardly a coincidence that BOTH of them I’ve owned have done the same thing.
Please fix this damn thing and tell me what it was.”
