“For sale is a lightly used Roland JP-8000 virtual analog synthesizer. I am the original owner since 1998 and I’ve kept it in a smoke free studio for it’s entire life. This is a great sounding keyboard featuring the highly regarded supersaw oscillator. All functions on the synth work and I replaced the internal memory battery two years ago. There are a few small cosmetic dings on the casing but nothing major. I love this synth but it is time for it to go to someone who will use it and enjoy all the features it offers! Included is an original owner’s manual and a padded keyboard bag. Thanks for looking!”

“This Juno 106 is used and excellent cosmetic shape but in need of some restoration. Unit powers on. All knobs, sliders, and keys work. Sound works, it is a functioning Juno-106.
All patches are wiped out. So one would need to restore patches through Tape Load of factory banks, or just make their own patches going forward. Some of the sliders have a subtle crunch, and the Volume knob is the worst offender, it is very noisy/crunchy and will need to be restored.
I inherited this synth from my father recently– it spent a long time in storage, and would be a great buy for a synth collector.”

“For sale is a Roland SH-09. It is working well but has a few noticeable issues. Mainly there are several scratchy pots, sliders and some faint krackly in the audio when pressing some of keys. Likely all due to needing some deoxit and cleaning. All functions appear to be working as they should except S/H section of LFO. It could use a little maintenance to get it back to 100% functional condition, great project for someone hand with repairs. Due to issues it is sold as-is condition, no warranties or guarantees. There is some cosmetic wear as expected for its age. Check out the pictures to make sure you like it.”

“You are viewing Vintage YAMAHA SY 22 synthesize with Dynamic Vector Synthesis. Please note this is not my subject but I have had the key board working through the headphone jack. I have not played through the Midi Out no Midi system. As far as I can tell all the functions work but I could not get the pitch bend to work. All the keys work but two have minor damage to the front face. The transformer is missing replacement can be obtained on ebay. The back of the key board is scratched and screws missing hence low starting price and no reserve.”

“This listing is for one Yamaha TX81Z. I bought it in 1990 from a fiend who was the original owner and it has had minimal use and movement since then. I have thoroughly tested and assessed it. My description is accurate and I’m selling it as is with no returns. The two flaws that I found do not affect the performance of the unit at all. At some point the power cord was nicked a few inches in from the plug and the outer jacket had a small breach. The inner wires have their own jackets and they were completely intact. I covered the spot with electrical tape and checked for any shorting or noise by bending the cord in every direction at that spot and it is totally sound.. The other issue is that there is a slight hum coming from the unit itself when powered up but it does not come through or affect the audio outputs at all. ”

Kept in a smoke and pet free studio since I got it second-hand (around 5 years ago)
It is modified with the extra bonus of 4 x 1/4 inch inputs for external drum trigger pads for live performance. Trigger pads can be bought from Roland et al.
There is one plastic button/top missing – for the ‘Slower’ tempo button. I have not had a chance to replace it. But I am sure you can buy a replacement online and put it back on yourself. You can still trigger the button without it though.
Everything else technically is in perfect condition and cosmetically looks great for its age.”

“Sequential Circuits Prophet 5 Version 3.3 synthesizer in good condition. I am the original owner of this magnificent keyboard. Only used in the studio on countless recordings. Unfortunately this keyboard has been in storage and is due for some maintenance. The keyboard works, all potentionmeters work, all LED works, Pitch and Mod wheels work. Some of the J wires need to be replaced so some keys do not trigger a sound. Also the rubber key stops need to be replaced on the entire keyboard. Not necessary if your’e using MIDI but if your playing it you will get tired of all the key clacking. All of these parts are available at WineCountrySequential or you could have them refurbish the keyboard. The wood casing is in good condition except for a dent on the front rail by the name plate, see photo #5. The Star case is in good condition but needs to be refoamed.
Please keep in mind that this is a vintage keyboard and will require some minor repair before you start using it on a gig. This will be a fine addition to any keyboardist collection.

“Here we have the unique and truly awesome Teenage Engineering OP-1 multi-engine synth, drum machine, sampler & audio recorder.
For those unfamiliar with this fun size synthesiser it packs a major punch, with numerous synth and drum engines creating some really original and usable sounds and a cool 4 track tape style recorder to get your ideas down quickly.
The form factor is equally amazing, housed in a serious block of high grade aluminium and with serious battery life, this tiny synth is perfect for making pro music on the move.
I basically maxed out and got the full accessory kit – including a full set of spare knobs and the crank, bend and lego (yes, lego) attachments and the cool carry case. I also got a spare cable so I could keep one in the bag and one on my desk.
Firmware is the latest version – #225.
Condition
In truth it’s probably only been out of its case a dozen times. Other than two tiny marks to the right end and a bit of discolouration to the feet it looks hardly used, cos it hasn’t been! Which is why I’m selling in truth. It’s too good to be sat in a cupboard.
The only signs of wear on the case are a bit of rub to the press stud covers (visible in the photos).”

“For sale is a Crumar Bit One synth that I have been trying to fix for a friend. This is a six voice analogue polysynth with digitally controlled oscillators, Curtis 3328 24dB/octave analogue filters and LM13700 VCA’s. But there is a problem….
The DCO’s appear to be working correctly and can be edited from the front panel and the signal is being passed through the filters and VCA’s (you can hear the DCO’s clearly on the output). However the filters and VCA’s do not respond to their control signals. These signals are generated digitally and multiplexed through a single DAC/op amp… my initial suspects…. but replacing them did not solve the problem. I should also say the backup battery has been replaced and the factory presets re-loaded from a “cassette tape” wav file.
I’ve done about all I can so it’s time to pass on to someone else. Fix the problem and you will have a fantastic rich (and real) 80’s analogue poly.”
