” Up for sale is this rare, vintage 1980s Sequential Circuits Multi-Trak 6-voice polyphonic analog synthesizer. Synth is in overall good condition. Shows minor signs of wear & use. Has a massive sound & really fun to mess with, especially the chorus section! All the parameters seem to function properly, however the Pitch Bend wheel is not working (feels stuck). The ModWheel is working properly though and feels great. Comes with power supply cord.”

I have owned this synth from New and imported it around 1974. Unfortunately I don’t have the original box though! This keyboard is in very good condition with all original knobs and sliders and there are no scratches or damage. Please note I am aware of one minor fault where the sustain mode is on all the time but I am told this is not a major problem? I am not being greedy but I am not giving her away either! “So I bought this about 6 months ago and am not using it. It’s working pretty well for a synth from the late 1970’s. As you can see from the invoice picture it was gone over and updated quite a bit by Synthchaser in California. This was before I purchased it. there are still a few issues I’ve noticed. There is sometimes a light click when keys are depressed coming through the amp. The string section seems just a little noisy, but this could be the era in which it was made? Not sure. Also the string section will occasionally cut out, but I’ve tracked this down to a wiring harness which I will mark. Not sure if it’s a wire or the plug. So it needs a little attention and it does have some cosmetic rust and wear, but overall it’s a pretty cool vintage board. I just don’t have the time for it. ”

Physically is in good working order, but from time to time will have a screen freeze and the unit needs to be turned off and then on, and randomly will not turn on – this may require maintenance in the future so I’m selling it at a reduced price. Needs a proper calibration. In great cosmetic condition. MIDI and all other functions such as the panel, pitch bend and CPU operation & keyboard seem to work fine. If you know a tech who is familiar with these problems it should be a keeper. It shows no signs of mold or misuse. ”
