It was plugged in and played. Some of the keys do not produce sound. Maybe needs to be taken apart and the contacts have to be cleaned … (UNSURE)
I believe there were 2 black keys and 5 white keys that did not produce sound.
OUT OF THE WHITE KEYS THAT DID NOT WORK … I DID GET SOUND OUT OF 2 OF THEM ON AND OFF WHEN CHANGING TO DIFFERENT SETTINGS
4 of the small black settings knobs are missing also.
Comes with working Soundesign Headphones… Model #335.
