“This auction is for an Oberheim DX drum machine. This unit has sat in my closet for 15-20 years. It does power up. However it come up with a CASS error on the display. Talking with someone who works on these it may just be a battery. I cannot confirm this. The symbol prom needs replacing, it makes a car crash sound and has done so since I bought it. It is around 40 years old, needs cleaning and has stickers on it along with missing a slider knob. Comes with power cord. Unit is sold AS-IS.”

“Late 70s to early 80s Minimoog D WITH Kenton MIDI professionally installed by an ex Moog tech from back in the day. The Kenton Midi works perfectly with no glitch, lag or weird issues… it RAWKS! As does the Mini itself, The keys feel great, play great, all knobs work as they should although there are a couple that are a little scratchy when moved… only when moved (deoxit will clean er up).
The tracking and scaling is amazingly sweet as is the RAW SHEER POWERFUL tone from this classic beauty. Remember, i have a Voyager XL… they do NOT sound at all the same. In my book, the only semblance they share is three oscillators and a filter… the sound is completely different. While the XL is a modern gentleman, the old Mini is a Raw, Bold, grab you by the dandelions kinda sound. So there.. grab it if you want a bitchin’ classic beast because i might change my mind and pull this ad.
By the way as you can see it looks great too, but does have scuffs, wear, etc.”

“The ARP Axxe is a completely variable synthesizer, ideal for live performance operation. The Axxe provides many of the features of more expensive synthesizers and can serve as the nucleus of a larger synthesizer system by interfacing with other ARP instruments.
The Axxe contains one Voltage Controlled Oscillator, one Voltage Controlled Filter, one Voltage Controlled Amplifier, a Low Frequency Oscillator, Keyboard Control Voltage Memory, Sample and Hold, Noise Generator, and ADSR Envelope Generator.

“Excellent condition Roland JX8P synthesiser complete package including the PG800 Programmer in its original case, patch lead, M-16C Memory Card with MKS-30 Sample Sound, Roland sustain pedal, all manuals and plush lined flight case. Everything is in perfect working order having been looked after very well and I am only the second owner having bought it nearly new late 80’s. I am primarily playing acoustic pianos now so have now need for it anymore and haven’t used it for quite a while. It still sounds fantastic and all creative sounds can be arrived at in the digital mode. The top of the keyboard shows the digital filter map but having the programmer enables a smooth transition from creating in the digital mode to working in analogue. It’s like having your own moog. It has full midi capability (in, out, through), stereo and head phone outs together with Dynamics and After Touch functions and holds 96 patch programs (64 preset, 32 free + 32 more with the memory card). This truly is an impressive instrument package from piano sounds, electric dreams to “soundtrack” . The JX8P was used (and probably still is) by Blancmange, Bronski Beat, Kate Bush, The Cure, Go West, The Human League, Europe, Gary Numan, OMD etc. I am selling it as a complete set as it will be a great bonus to whoever buys it. I am based central UK in Northants and will only make it available for cash on collection. ”

“Selling my MC202.
It is a bit dirty, with lots of scratches and small cracks. I received it in this condition too.
It is in perfect working order despite this, and was serviced a month before I purchased it (18 months).
It has the Kenton CV mod/upgrade, meaning it is usable in large midi set ups. I purchased this upgrade and it was installed by Kenton engineers. The mod itself cost £110.
I also tested it individually, not within my set up, and all keys work fine.
I used it with a Kenton Pro 2000 MK2, which I am also selling. I am selling the mc202 due to downsizing my studio and I already have similar gear.
Due to its scruffy appearance, I will be selling for a cheaper-than-usual Buy It Now price, as I’m looking for a quick sale.

Also comes with Roland SL-JD-80-06 Strings Ensemble cards. ” This DX7 was sitting unused for decades. I brought it to a local tech who had it on the bench and installed a new battery, replaced one key, and failed to get it working. How much work he did, I have no idea. I do know that he threw in the towel before the problem was found. Rather than spin my wheels with other local techs I’m offering this up as is in non-working condition. Physically, it looks like new with very few marks anywhere on the keyboard. Like I say, I’ve got a battery a couple of hours worth of work into it, and It’s time for someone else to bring it back to life. It fires up,but no sound ”
