Monorocket Powered Eurorack Case

“IT CAME FROM MY BASEMENT AND NOW IT NEEDS A HOME! Here’s some old gear I’ll never get around to using, for cheap! Maybe it’s just what you need to complete your life. Or not, it’s hopefully priced to move and I don’t need it, so bid early and often.

This is a MONOROCKET (?) DUAL EURORACK ROADCASE, for Eurorack format synthesizer modules. At least, I think that’s what it is— the supplies say ‘Monorocket’ on them, but there’s no nameplate on the whole thing. It’s pretty heavy duty, and pretty heavy. It has +12 and -12 volts on the buss furthest from the case handle, and +12, -12, and +5 on the buss closest to the handle. A large lot of power connectors is connected to both busses, and many many of those little square nuts for module mounting, but not completely full in any of the 4 rails. The supplies light up, and voltages appear correct according to my voltmeter. Takes a standard IEC power cable (not included). There’s 21” or so (20-7/8”?) of rack space, which I guess makes it 105HP in Eurorack-speak. I have never used this, I got it in a great deal to use with the one Euro sequencer I own– of course it’s overkill for that and doesn’t fit into my ’studio’ (some might call it a shed) well. Low start bid of TWO HUNDRED DAMN U.S. DOLLARS. Shipping is a flat SEVENTY SIX BUCKS in the CONUS, this is a heavy thing and it will need a good bit of padding. Pickup in Los Angeles is possible, talk to me after you win and we’ll work out the logistics.” Click here to visit listing on eBay
