“You are looking at a vintage 1983 or 1984 Korg Poly 800 vintage analog synthesizer. The Poly 800 was the first programmable synthesizer that cost less than $1000. There are several YouTube videos featuring the Poly 800. It can be used with a guitar strap and battery power, too.
This unit powers up with batteries or the included power adapter. It does make sounds with the various patches, but I haven’t tested the programming functions or sequencer. The case is in very good condition for its age, but does show some scuffs and is missing the battery cover (see photos).
Also included is the owner’s manual and original pages of info for each preset patch.”
