You know about the amazing sound of the SY99. That’s why you’re here. This one is in good condition. No cracks, or whatever. The drive (as with 90% of them) doesn’t work. There is an aftermarket emulator drive. I had it, but can’t find it. 🙁 It also says something about the wave memory battery needing to be replaced. All the preset sounds function perfectly, and that’s all I ever really wanted from this beast. Those sounds! I bought this one used. I had a brand new one in 1992, but it was lost/stolen/sold/other… (don’t remember). I have had this current one at my house for a few years now, but I’m moving to an upstairs one bedroom apartment. SY99 can’t come… not carrying it upstairs! Please, buy this gorgeous sounding instrument and record with it. You’ll thank me.
