Roland Juno 106

“I bought this Juno about 6 months back as a project – it needed a few new sliders and caps, etc. Cosmetically I’d consider it “good”, with some notable blemishes on the front right side housing (pictured). Functionally, this Juno exhibits a crackling noise when the chorus is engaged. Both MN5009 chorus chips were replaced and the issue persisted. EDIT: This distortion described below can be completely avoided by rolling back the VCA level. Im told this can be normal in cases where the patch was set at a higher VCA, and when the chorus is added it can cause distortion. I still want to clearly state this, though. Reach out if you’d like a video demonstrating this. All 6 voice chips work as expected – they haven’t been stripped yet and are the original stock chips. All voices are set to factory presets, all keys and filters work.” Click here to visit listing on eBay
