NOTE that this unit does not “remember” patch settings for longer than a few hours. I chalk this up just to its age – the battery pack in the back of the unit is supposed to power the system memory, but it doesn’t. I leave that up to someone more dedicated than me to fix. The unit is definitely a little fussy, as anything this age would be – I’ve had to open it up and blow it out several times in order to get consistent audio output. Pots are clean as a whistle, though. Sequencer is strong, MIDI functionality is great, and you can get some serious bass lines out of this instrument.
