Here we have a great example of a Korg Ms2000R
This is the Rack version of the MS2000.

I love this thing and I dont really WANT to sell it, but alas I have upgraded and I need to recoup some of the cost of the new rack synth I got.

It does have some rack mount dings and scrapes from the previous owner.

I’ve disassembled it recently and made sure all solder points were solid. The board was super clean for the age of the unit. Looks to have never had any spills or major drops.

All encoders are super tight and smooth.

I’ve made sure all the contacts were cleaned up and got as much dust out of the crevices as I could.

“Korg MS2000 BR- PRISTINE CONDITION. This sounds analog although it’s digital. It does basses, strings, pads , keys, fix and drums very well- excellent all rounder. I bought it for the vocoder which is excellent.

The BR is the premium model . Owned this from new – it works perfectly, sound big and fat and has loads of great sounds and loads of memories.

You can play the sequencer keys like piano keys so you can use this standalone or use it as a modular trigger/ sequencer. ”

Up for sale is a barely used MS2000R. It includes a 3rd party power adapter – a Jameco “Reliapro” which I purchased specifically for this synth. I am also including a printout of the manual.

The synth has barely been used while I owned it, so I’ve put very few hours on either it or the power adapter. As it has seen little use, I have not been able to full put this machine through its paces. I can confirm that it powers on and that none of its buttons or knobs seem to have any issues. The audio output is also clean.
