The unit is 100% working but is missing one of the button caps for the envelope section but the button itself still works, just the button cap is gone. These button caps may be replaceable.

Also included is three EZ-CZ memory cards which are quite rare and they all work as they should as well.

“Hello, you are viewing my auction for a Vintage Casio CZ1000 Digital Synthesizer Keyboard. This is a 49 Key Synthesizer. I have not tested every feature on this keyboard since I honestly do not know what the features do. Here is what I have tested. I have plugged in the keyboard and it does turn on. I plugged headphones into the headphone jack and when I pressed every key there was sound. I was able to select different sounds from the left side and each time I pressed a key it made a sound.”

“This is from a one owner. Includes original silver space bag (rare) and original manuals and power supply (non original). I have owned for last 11 years and I don’t use it as much as I should. These are cool keyboards from 1985 that have a thick analog sound. The sounds have infinite controls that can be programmed onto a cartridge. I never bought the cartridge so I didn’t get to enjoy as much as one should.”

“Selling a Vintage Casio CZ-1 with cosmetic wear. All buttons, keys and wheels work. Included are some pictures to illustrate the following:

It’s missing the slider caps.
Scratches on the back.
A dent in one of the keys (works as it should anyway).
A spot of dust on the screen (can be removed with a vacuum cleaner).
The ‘Alt’ button comes off easily. Will ship it in a bag separately so it doesn’t get lost inside the package.

I don’t have a MIDI device or cartridge to test those functions. Due to the nature of this listing (vintage/used) there is no returns!”

“Here is a really nice Casio cz-1000 vintage phase distortion synthesizer keyboard. It is a cz1000 model. It operates on batteries. We tried all the keys and functions and everything seems to work fine. The only thing I noticed is when I did the pitch bend, I can bend the tones up and down. But if I push the pitch bend all the way up or all the way down, it makes a high pitched noise. I am not sure if that is normal or not. It comes with a casio cover. One of the seams is kind of coming apart, but the cover is still functional. It has midi in and outs on the back. As well as the audio outs and plugs on the side.”

All the buttons work, although some don’t push in flawlessly. We played around on it for about 30 minutes with zero issues. Working and sounding great! Power source provided.”

” Very nice vintage Casio CZ-5000 digital synthesizer. The flagship of Casio’s professional line of Digital synths in the mid-1980’s, this is a surprisingly deep and unique synth. In very nice used condition – all sliders and buttons are there, all keyboard keys function. The paint and button markings are also very good. Very nice cosmetics in general, just some scuffing, smudges, light scratches and an area of speckling from use and age. With 2 original manuals (see pic), and even the original Casio carton. I have not tested all the functions (not sure how the sequencer is programmed, for example), so I can’t guarantee absolutely every control, but everything I have tried seems to be working fine.”
