This ARP Quadra was serviced a few years ago by MIKE Metz at Thesis Audio Service in Kansas. After I got it back from him, it was fully functional and beautiful.
It is still beautiful, just not fully functional anymore. I know that the sliders are all intact, the membrane switches all work, could only need just a little bit of money to get it running.
Since Mike worked on this last, I would recommend sending it to him for service.
This Quadra has a unique modification. The switch on the left side, which was professionally installed, allows you to take the chorus effect out of the mono signal which is pretty cool. An extra feature added that you do not see on any Quadras that I have seen.
I was told this Quadra was once owned by John Elefante of Kansas before he joined Kansas. I believe Mike even told me that he worked on this synth while he toured with Kansas at one point back in the day.

“Excellent condition original early 70s Mk1 White ARP Odyssey – easily the best sounding revision with the original “lawsuit” Moog clone filter. This one is very fine physical condition with a nice bright white panel and keys and all slider caps intact. It works perfectly, tunes up fast and sounds absolutely huge. It was serviced a few years ago by Switched-On in Austin and includes a few useful mods along with a new power cable. There is a switch for mono/duophonic mode, LFO sync to key and CV/Trig/Gate in/out and filter input all of which increase the functionality of this already excellent synth. I’ve owned many of these of the years and this is easily one of the nicest examples I’ve seen of this model and should make its next owner very happy for years to come. Sold AS-IS”

“Very good condition, with some wear as expected for its age but overall still nice shape. Most of the wear is on the outside tolex, the front panel face and keyboard itself are in great shape. Includes both lids to unit and keyboard along with keyboard connecting cable. Recently fully serviced by professional tech. We’ve had many 2600s pass through our shop over the years and we found this particular unit to sound fantastic. It’s 100% fully functional, except for 2 small issues worth mentioning: one slider shaft has a broken tip (in Voltage Processor section, probably the least used part of the synth and you still have 2 other working Voltage Processors), and the keyboard input jack to VCO3 is hardwired to receive voltage from the keyboard (jack will not bypass the keyboard input). Other than these two issues the unit is working as it should. At some point this was modified to accept standard 3-prong cable instead of the unusual oval shaped cable they original came with. ”

I have owned this synth from New and imported it around 1974. Unfortunately I don’t have the original box though! This keyboard is in very good condition with all original knobs and sliders and there are no scratches or damage. Please note I am aware of one minor fault where the sustain mode is on all the time but I am told this is not a major problem? I am not being greedy but I am not giving her away either! “So I bought this about 6 months ago and am not using it. It’s working pretty well for a synth from the late 1970’s. As you can see from the invoice picture it was gone over and updated quite a bit by Synthchaser in California. This was before I purchased it. there are still a few issues I’ve noticed. There is sometimes a light click when keys are depressed coming through the amp. The string section seems just a little noisy, but this could be the era in which it was made? Not sure. Also the string section will occasionally cut out, but I’ve tracked this down to a wiring harness which I will mark. Not sure if it’s a wire or the plug. So it needs a little attention and it does have some cosmetic rust and wear, but overall it’s a pretty cool vintage board. I just don’t have the time for it. ” 
“This listing is for a Vintage ARP Odyssey II 2810 Electronic Music Synthesizer. I acquired this as well as some other items from a man that was an avid collector in vintage electronics his whole life. He stated that he only set it up no more than 3 or 4 times since he purchased it new in the mid to late 1970’s. It has been sitting in a climate controlled closet in the original box all these years which is why its in excellent condition cosmetically and is extremely clean as well. It comes complete with the original foot pedal, an additional larger foot pedal and the instruction guide. Both pedal cords are still in excellent condition as well. You will also receive a 211 page book titled “Learning Music with Synthesizers”, as well as a hard to find complete set of full size, two-color patch charts that are designed to fit over the control panel of the instrument, providing you with the proper control setting for sixteen popular patches (see last pic). It is extremely rare to find these patch charts let alone a complete set still in excellent condition.”
