“Up for sale is a used Yamaha SY85 synthesizer in good working condition. It has the usual scrapes and scratches. It has been tested and everything is working. It also has a new disk drive belt. It comes with the manuals and it’s own custom hard wood case covered with fuzzy cloth. Some areas of the cloth has pilled. I am also including a backup disk of the internal memory which will be shipped in the disk drive. The case also locks and the key is included. Although still working, I would recommend the memory backup battery inside be replaced. It is a “button” type which can be bought at battery and electronics stores. Due to it’s age, I am selling it as working, but “AS-IS”. It has never been on the road, but has been to church. I am the original owner. ”

“A nice condition Prophet 600 with the Gligli mod. This synth is sooo warm compared to modern synths. Just had it tuned up by The sequential guy here in the Bay Area. The Gligli mod changes up a few of the functions some of the knobs do so make sure to download the Gligli manual to know what your twisting. As with all vintage analog synths, let her warm up for at least 5 minutes to let the oscillators tune. It’s with a heavy heart that I sell this wonderful machine.. “

“Excellent condition both cosmetic and the full function of all knobs, buttons, audio out/ins with no audio issues. This unit already has the power regulator replacement installed – units that still have the stock regulator are subject to being destroyed by power regulation failure. This unit also has the plastic red lens for the display – often missing. The lens is held by a little glue that can fail over time. The lens is included here, but I prefer to let the new owner decide whether to glue it back in. Unit also comes with a new old stock Radio Shack adapter with matching specs.
