“It’s only plays with headphones that I plugged in it-I guess maybe the speakers are blown. Therefore I am selling this for parts or repair. It does not work like it should. I found a power supply from a different Casio that works. That’s the one that comes with it .I can hear a couple small things tinging around when I shake it. It has a lot of scratches on the back but in front only has some wearing on the keys. a lot of the Dust will probably wipe off but I didn’t bother to. “Was going to donate it to my son’s school, but they can’t use it. Just want it to go to a good home. I don’t need to sell it, have owned it since 1983, still works but it’s been sitting in my garage for 20 years and it deserves to be used. Comes with case, but the foam is COMPLETELY shot and will need to be replaced. One key is popped up (no idea how since it was just sitting in the case), one switch is broken. Still seem to work fine. Restored endcap internal fastener channels. (The end cap plastic screw channels on most of these is old and cracks, because people over tighten them. They are mostly cosmetic and not structural. I rebuilt them with CA , new hard plastic channels and Marine Epoxy- please send me any questions)
The outside of the custom flight case is a bit rough, but the foam inside is still fine, and the keyboard fits snug. Brand new rubber feet installed.

“Roland SH-101 Analog Synthesizer in very good used condition and in perfect working order.
I have owned this for 1 year and used it for a project that is now complete, so I no longer need it.
The previous owner from 1 year ago said it functioned perfectly well on batteries but I have not tested this, so I do not know if it will function on batteries. There are minor marks on a few keys. Some sections in the battery compartment, specifically the springs and battery contacts, have minor oxidation which could be cleaned. Both of which have never impacted the functionality and have been there since I purchased it a year ago.
Marks on keys and oxidized spots in battery compartment are all pictured.

“Every knob and combination of buttons has been fully tested and works fully. Both outputs on the back also work great, the pedal output was static filled so it may just be that i wasn’t using it correctly as I have never used that output in the past. It is overall in very good physical condition for its age. The rubber mounts on the bottom are all there, some do have cracking. One of the back rubber mounts is missing (see pictures). “The Good: This vintage Pro One is in very nice shape and comes securely packed in a heavy duty keyboard case. I’ve owned this for about 20 years, and it’s spent much of the time inside the case, so it’s in nearly the same great condition as when I bought it. No sticky knobs or dents, the end wooden pieces look nice, and it comes with the original manual. There are a couple of small scratches on the underside.
The Bad: Though this is the preferred j-wire version of the keyboard, it does have an issue with repeating notes. Sometimes when you push down on a key, it triggers the note twice, and programming sequences confirms that is happening. It may be something simple to fix, like adjusting the j-wires, but after opening it up and seeing nothing obvious wrong, I decided not to mess with it. The Odd: You’ll notice a switch above the pitch wheel; this was a mod done by the prior owner, and I don’t even recall what they said the point was. As far as I can tell this just changes the pitch by one note, which could be used to slightly alter arpeggios or sequences. I’ve also included a photo of the board so you can see where it’s wired.
The other abnormality of this unit is the knobs; most of them were replaced with Moog knobs, which are bigger and much better I feel. Unfortunately I can only find 6 of the old original knobs, but I truly feel you’ll prefer the replacements. There are also a couple of CEM chips that came with it that I’ll also include, but I have no idea if they work or what they’re for, though I assume they’re filters.” Click here to search for synths on eBay
