“I am not an expert but I plugged it up into an amp. It worked fine, sound great, wasn’t staticky or anything. The different settings worked as far as I can tell. I can’t test the after touch function, so I have no idea whether it works or not. I can tell you that the internal patches are just amazing. “This Sequential Circuits Prophet 600 is for parts/needs repair. The keyboard is cosmetically clean overall but the left side wood panel was cracked and has been repaired (pictured). Also, the Frequency knob in the LFO-MOD section is missing. The keyboard powers on and all parameters are working but there is a total of 5 keys that do not pass any sound. We are not repairing. Selling this as is as a project synth. The keyboard mostly does work. This is a great project for a tech to get into to restore it to its full glory.”
“Sequential Circuits Prophet 600 Keyboard Synthesizer with Anvil Case, sustain pedal and original preset cassette. The synth had the battery replaced a few years ago and seems to be fully functioning as it should. There are a few nicks and scrapes on the sides and on the metal, but overall it is in great condition. Synth is sold as is since I’m not an expert, but I can’t find anything of note to mention as far as how it sounds/plays.”
