“Vintage Oberheim DX in good working order. I purchased this back in the 90s and it’s been working ever since. Please see the pics for condition. It has a few scrapes on it here and there but it works fine. I was able to erase the memory and then program a new sample into it without issue. It looks like it may be the original battery in there but it hasn’t leaked or anything.
I’ve also included a set of chips with it that I did not test. The system has the ride cymbals setup in it right now and some crash cymbal chips and a different snare chip are included with the auction. I received these when I purchased it years ago. They should be working. If not, I think you can get new chips for these on the web pretty easily.
The only key that seems to be not working 100% is the Shaker2 key. It works if you press it a few times and then sometimes it works fine.
It has an old sticker from a music/guitar shop on the bottom of it which could be easily removed but I left it there since it gives a bit of the history of it. ” Click here to search for synths on eBay

“Oberheim DMX drum machine recently refurbished with MIDI and custom features. Condition is Seller refurbished.
This DMX originally came to me in sad condition — random holes in the case, no voice boards and several other missing parts. I rebuilt it, filling the holes and repainting the front part, adding a full complement of Electrongate 1554E voice cards, replacing the other missing parts, adding the Electrongate MIDI upgrade, and just for fun, replacing the walnut end panels with maple ones, and replacing the red LED display with a green version (including a green gel filter over the display). In addition, I added a toggle switch on the rear panel that selects a completely different set of sounds for seven of the voice boards (all but the cymbals). At one setting, all sounds are the standard, original samples. The other setting selects alternate versions of the sounds.
The machine is completely functional, with the original factory sequences loaded, and all switches have been cleaned and work smoothly. Two of the switches do not have correct markings, but have been blacked out so the difference is hardly noticeable.
The rear panel has had several holes filled (with epoxy) and has not been repainted.
This is a unique version of the DMX, the drum machine used by so many groups in the 1980s.”

“Up for sale is this vintage PAiA 4700 Modular Analog Synthesizer W/ upgraded keyboard controller and extras. It’s condition is “Used” but system is in very good condition. The case and fittings are all in great shape. Both the synth and upgraded keyboard were assembled by a former PAiA engineer and this sale includes a bunch of extra hardware left over from his build. In addition to manuals for every installed module, some of the extras include various patch cables, IC chips, switches, potentiometers, a remote volume knob as well as an additional un-assembled Watt Block module (w/ power supply).
*This item has not been fully tested*
I do not guarantee that every module and/or feature works as intended. I’m not familiar with vintage modular set ups, so minimal testing has been done. However, I was able to create a patch that confirms the system powers up and can produce sound (see youtube video). Just from the appearance and condition alone, I really see no reason that it is not working properly although you are purchasing it as it sits.

“Absolutely gorgeous Roland Juno 106. My name is Jimi Matrix. I play in Z:N. We have gone by Zenith:Nadir as well. I would say half of our songs included this synth legend. I have recently dolled it up by including Tamo Japanese hardwood. No need to worry I have the original pieces included as well (with the original screws). All the voices work great on this synth. There is a slight dent (pictured) and the underbelly looks like it has seen a few gigs or two prior to our ownership! “Up for your consideration is a Roland JD800. This is an amazing synth, but if you are looking at this you probably already know that. The weights were removed from each key and the red glue cleaned off and replaced with a better adhesive. The unit has been fully tested and works great. As you can see from the pictures it is in great cosmetic condition as well. In full disclosure there is a small nick in the second “E” key from the bottom. Hard to see in the pics but we never want there to be surprises for our customers. Clean screen, no jumpy sliders/pots, memory reset to factory. The auction also includes the flight case in the pictures. The top foam insert has been replaced: the bottom foam may need to be replaced soon. “I have seen JD-800’s sell in the $800-$1,200 range and then they jump up to $2,400 and more….why is that ? I found out the hard way, these suffer from a condition where the pink glue from the weights in the keys drips out onto the key contact strip…so I had it refurbished with all key weights re-glued back in and had a brand new key contact strip installed professionally for $500 for the keys and $200 for the new strip so it is refurbished and ready to go…so you don’t have to worry about this happening again in the future…I also put in a new battery and reloaded the factory presets” Click here to search for synths on eBay

When you hold down the correct buttons for a factory reset it reads “SDRAM DB Error”!
Not sure if this is an easy fix or not
