“Here is a Sequential Circuits Prophet 5 analog synthesizer with it’s custom Calzone case that is being sold as is because it needs a fair amount of work. The Prophet 5 has a broken “Glide” knob/pot, capacitors that need replacing, key contacts needs cleaning and the main problem is the program memory battery needs replacing and there are no sounds in the user memory and this is a Rev 2 model which does not have a data cassette interface to tape load in factory sounds, so the user would have to program sounds from scratch. Cosmetically the Prophet 5 is in very good shape and the custom Calzone case is in good shape. This Prophet 5 comes from a major recording studio that is closing one of their studio rooms.” Link
