“Up for grabs in this listing is this superb example Sequential Circuits Pro One vintage analogue mono synth complete with the original box and packaging…….serial number 100-1979 ……so it’s one of the good early Pro One synths, just after the very early models which had power supply issues.
This Pro One has just come back from the technicians workshop having undergone a full health check. It had a problem with hanging notes. The problem was traced to poor connections on the Gate switch. All the switch contacts have now been cleaned and all tested perfect. A copy of the engineers report will be included in the auction.
This one has been kept in superb condition and even though it’s been used, you’d struggle to notice when you look at it. The internals are perfect and the cosmetic appearance is excellent. Under a microscope you may notice a tiny blemish here and there but all in all, this synth is perfect. There’s no scratches, no dents, no cracked keys, no ciggie burns, the wood is great. It has been kept in its original box and packaging all its life when it’s not being used and this shows.” Link
