Well, what can i say about this? If you’re looking at it, you must know exactly what it is!
This one has some wear and tear marks, since before i bought it on ebay a few years ago. It has been fitted with a MIDI retro fit, which is the switch on the right hand side you can see. Flip this down and it is able to be used within your sequencer! This has been so handy i cannnot tell you! Flip it back up again and it switches back to its own sequencer. However, whoever did this retro fit, has been a little careless and melted a very small section of the 303. But of course this does not harm the sound at all.
It works great, i cleaned all the buttons, switches and pots with a special product (de-ox-IT) recently. So its working like a dream. All nobs are smooth and none of the keys are sticky like on some.
I bought this from a guy from Germany a few years ago, so it has a European 2 pin plug. Which is the original Roland one!” Link
