“The Oberheim Xpander, one of the best poly analogs ever made. This is a USA version, that also has an additional 6, 1/4″ inputs on back that allow you to use the filters with other outboard sounds. This auction includes the xpander, a power chord and the original manual.
Everything works great on this machine and everything passes the self tune tests. The only issue at all is that the VCO1 button might need to be pressed several times in order to access the VCO page. Having the filter inputs is a great bonus for this synth as you can get some extra mileage from it by processing outboard analog gear through the xpanders famed filters. Really a nice feature. I’m selling it because for my business (commercial recording studio) the money could be better allocated, and the amount of clients that demand a synth of this quality are relatively low.
