“Up for grabs today is a 1977 Moog Taurus I bass pedal synthesizer. Many of these I have seen certainly have their fair share of damage from age and the wear and tear of gigging, touring. The synthesizer I am selling (serial number 3017) shows signs of use but is in great condition all things considered. The flip up glass window is one of the first things to go and the pedals tended to break, both are in great working order.
The sound is what makes these so desireable and sought after today. Everything is clear, no scratchy pots or sliders…just the warm rich analog Moog sound made famous by Yes, Rush, the Police, Yngwie Malmstein and most recently Mastodon.” Link
