# Korg Polysix
“I am the original owner of this wonderful synth. It has been sitting in a flight certified anvil case in a moderate-temperature garage for many years. It is cosmetically almost perfect, with hardly any scuffs or scratches.
It will need some internal clean up work. The battery will need to be replaced in order to remember programs. Some dials produce noise when turned, and some keys need to be pressed twice or held down for a while to produce a sound. After it has been on for a while it works somewhat better. A thorough inside cleaning should solve all this. Old Crow’s Synth Shop has detailed descriptions: http://www.oldcrows.net/~oldcrow/synth/
The various tone modulation systems all work, such as the arpeggiator, octave doubling, chorus and phase effects. The original owner’s manual is included.
Here is some general info on the instrument, copied from the web:
At first glance it looks like a scaled-down Mono/Poly, but really it’s not! In fact it had a lot of great new features such as 32 memory patches, 6 voices of polyphony, cassette backup of memory, even programmable modulation effects and Chorus, Phase, Ensemble!” Link
