habe soweit alles durchetestet; nur selten mal knistert der ein oder andere Poti; Wheel funktioniert einwandfrei; die komplette Tastatur läuft einwandfrei. Alles Sektionen gechecked, VCOs, Filter, ADSR etc. Externer Signal Prozessor ist ebenfalls ok. ” Link

- Complete recap, also of the power suplly.
- LM358P on CTRL-board-1 defect. Revised and calibration is ok.
- Gate-boards checked and readjusted.
- Connectors of cards renewed.

- New led light for the on/off button.

Further the wood work has been renovated a while ago. This gives the synth a new look. On some places the wood work has some tiny spots of user marks but overall it still looks splendid. The control panel and keyboard looks amazingly good for it´s age. One of the best I ever seen!!” Link

This is one of them – Korg SQD1 digital midi recorder. Bought this years ago from a closing down music shop (it was used when I bought it) and I have never even switched it on until today! It powers up fine and thats as far as I have tested as I do not have the rest of the kit to see if it works fully. Can see no reason why not. No instructions but can be found on the web, there is a disc in the unit which is included. What is on it, lord only knows.

Typisch Yamaha ist der 12dB-Filter, der für einen warmen und sanften Kurvenverlauf sorgt. Praktisch ist die Audio-Input-Buchse, denn damit lassen sich externe Signale (z.B. Gitarre, Gesang etc.) einschleifen und durch die VCF- und VCA-Sektionen schicken.

Der Yamaha CS 5 hat weder MIDI, noch Speicherplätze für die Sounds. Aber beides ist eigentlich nicht störend. Denn per CV/Gate lässt der sich trotzdem ins Studio-Setup einbinden und das Speichern von Sounds erübrigt sich durch seine Übersichtlichkeit.

Seine größten Vorteile: der Yamaha CS 5 ist klein und handlich und bietet dafür einen enormen Sound, den man ihm schon mit wenigen Handgriffen entlocken kann. Ich finde, mit keinem anderen Synth hat man so schnell gute Bässe, Solo- und experimentelle –Sounds geschraubt.

Manch einer schielte beim Kauf auch darauf, dass sich die Innereien sehr gut als Ersatzteilelager für CS 50 bis CS 80 eignen. Das stimmt, denn es lassen sich einzelne Komponenten des CS 5 für die Flaggschiffe der CS-Serie verwenden.” Link

Absolut atemberaubend, kaum vergleichbar mit den Standard DX Synths…
Seine Holztatstatur ist die edelste Tastatur die ich je gespielt hab,und einer der einzigsten, die Poly Aftertouch besitzen!

Da kann man sich vorstellen wie expressionistisch man auf die Sounds einwirken kann!

Es wurden nur 140 Stück (mittlerweile gibt es noch weniger!) davon gebaut,bis man auf billig Materialien und Chips zurückgriff, um den DX für die Masse anzubieten.

Der DX 1 wurde erst vor kurzem rundum gewartet und dementsprechend 1A…in dem Zustand wohl nirgendwo zu bekommen.” Link

Sequential Circuits Studio 440 for sale at a very-very rare, legendary drum machine. The drum machine was made in 1986, 12 bit, cool sound, this is No. 451. Very nice condition, perfect for any function. This is an absolute machine cult, who read it unnecessary to convince:)
