# Custom Painted EMU SP-1200
“This is the original version of the famed SP-1200. These are getting extremely hard to find and they are only going to go up in price!
This one was originally owned by a studio which decided to custom paint the face plate. If you ask me, it looks cool and the graphics are “90′s” all the way, which just adds to this great machines character. If you’d rather have yours original, you can still buy the face plates for these. At the price I’m asking you could buy this one, get a new face plate and still pay much less than what my competitors are asking. Included with the sale is a sheet of paper detailing all of the controls in case you are not familiar with the buttons.
Every function works perfect on this machine. It was tested by me, and demo’d by the studio before I purchased it. The startup disk and power cord are both included. The only issue this unit has is that the blacklight for the LCD is fading, the screen is still easily readable, just not in the dark. You can find the replacement screens fairly easy, and any repair shop could do this job in less than an hour.
Overall this is a solid machine, it’s not a museum piece but it’s an excellent workhorse. I’d love to see this go to someone who will truly appreciate it.” Link
