“This Waldorf Pulse + is the deluxe version with CV/Gate. I bought it a couple years ago for a project, and actually had 2 other Pulses that I used together, but kept this one as the best of the bunch. I’m not using my gear much these days, and am selling it so someone can put it to good use. Everything works perfectly. As is typical, the knobs are slightly wobbly, which I understand is an issue that was present from the start. Of the 3 I had, this one was superior in every respect, and the knobs are smooth to dial in some of the best bass tones you can get. This isn’t exclusively a bass unit, but that is it’s strong suit. “Ich verkaufe meinen Puls Plus aus Nichtraucherstudio. Das Gerät ist so ungefähr das Nonplusultra für monophone Lead- und Basssynthesizer und muss hier wohl nicht näher erklärt werden.
Zusätzlich zu den üblichen Ein- und Ausgängen (MIDI In, -Out, -Thru, Audio Out right, left/mono) bietet die Plus Variante noch einen Audioeingang, mit dem man ein zusätzliches Audiosignal in den Signalfluss einspeisen kann, um z.B. die Filterbank des Geräts zu benutzen sowie CV und Gate Ein- und Ausgänge. Mit diesen kann man ältere Analoggeräte ohne Midi über eine Steuerspannung steuern.
Das Gerät hat kaum Gebrauchsspuren. Die Seriennummer lautet 930321676. Im Lieferumfang ist das Handbuch und ein Netzteil enthalten.

“This is an auction for a difficult to find hardware rack-mounted analogue synthesizer by Waldorf. It is in great condition, only very minor marks here and there on the fascia, and visible but slight blemishes around the rack ear holes.
During its time in my studio – it has never been gigged with – it never once drifted out of tune, and never displayed any issues or problems. Some of the patches are my own sounds, most of them are the sounds that came with it.

“You are looking at an original Waldorf Pulse, an indecently fat, analogue, monophonic synth. This thing is a monster that is fantastic for everything from ultra-rude bass to sci-fi blips and wibbles. And it’s loud, very loud.
The front panel is extremely tweakable, but every parameter is controllable via midi, so you can get really stuck in with your sequencer or midi-controller. Every parameter is also transmitted via midi, so you can record your tweaks in your sequencer.
This is a fantastic synth and I’m very sorry to see it go – I’m downsizing everything It comes with the original manual, but not the original powersupply or box.
