Still in its original box ! I bought this back in 1987 with teenage dreams of pop stardom ! it never happened , I never even learnt to play the keyboard

This is a serious piece of kit , various internet searches show quite a few /80’s and 90’ groups using it and I’m sure lots of others as it is so versatile .

This is a classic piece of history in good working order . I don’t have the power adapter but I’ve just tested it again using batteries and through my guitar amp . Just seen Loose Ends using it on TOTP !! ”

“Roland SH-101 monophonic analogue synthesiser with Boss PSA 230ES power supply. In very good condition for its age and all functions excellently. No crackly pots or sliders and has had imited use so good action on keys and controls. Battery compartment is clean and functioning. A very good example of a classic synth. “Legendary analog mono synth in good shape overall

All functions work as intended including the pitch bend wheel “LFO mod” which is often broken on these, with only a little play in the bend center position. Cosmetically it’s solid as well, besides a small chip in the battery door that is pictured. No dead keys.

All input and output jacks have been tested and are working as they should. I don’t have access to the modulation grip accessory that these originally shipped with but I would assume those jacks work as well.

“Briefly function tested and working, but some of the controls crackle when moved. Would recommend cleaning the sliders and knobs thoroughly. Appears in good used condition, with some signs of aging present.Some marks and scratches present. Does not come with a power supply, will require an amp/speaker/headphones to play.”

“Here’s a Roland SH-101 that needs a new home. It is being sold as is and as shown. I haven’t tested it. It powers up but that’s all I know. It has been in storage for years. The pitch bender wobbles around in its housing so I assume that something in there is broken. “Roland SH-101 Analogue Synth Working But Needs Attention See Description. Condition is Used.

Everything works but the volume occasionally makes noise as does res control. This has been in storage for a while but I cannot afford to keep it.

You can see that it just needs some tlc. The keys are a bit dirty and the rest needs a clean but could be a great project to get it back to perfection.

The adapter is boss but works fine.
