“Up for sale is our Sequential Circuits Prophet VS Vector synthesiser.

The VS is in superb working condition, a new backlight has been fitted and the synth has been thoroughly tested. All buttons, switches, pots and keys work as they should. The aftertouch has been confirmed to be fully working.

Cosmetic condition is excellent, with only minor marks and blemishes.”

“This is a vintage Sequential Circuits Poly Sequencer. Cosmetically, the sequencer is very clean and is good overall condition but the digital interface cable connection exhibits corrosion (see pictures). The sequencer is fully functional and operates as intended.”

“Here is a vintage Prophet VS. The synth exhibits some light cosmetic wear and is missing the Data Entry slider knob but is in clean overall shape. The keyboard does have a few electronic issues such as the sound which comes through is a little noisy/distorted and the arpeggiator not working correctly. The arpeggiator is not stable, depending on where the Waveform Mix knob is positioned, the rate either increases or decreases. It does this very slowly and does not stay locked in one setting. All other functions and presets work. These synths are powerful and quite rare. Now is your chance to own this awesome synth and restore it back to its full glory!”

“Prophet VS fully serviced from Switched On Austin, about a year ago. Key action works great, with aftertouch fully functional, chorus intact, etc..

There are surface scratches that can be seen in the images, but nothing that effects the actual instrument. Still looks quite stunning and suitably cold in any studio setting.”

Some notes: Slider is missing original cap, but the slider is 100% functional. Caps show up frequently and cheaply — check around!

Display is readable but still dim at maximum contrast, this is an issue with all VS’s actually, keyboard or rack. Just wanted to mention to avoid surprises. A new OLED display upgrade is also widely available and easy to install.”
