“You’re bidding on a vintage Arp 1613 Step Sequencer. It’s 100% functional and has no issues whatsoever.
To be sure I had it checked and cleaned by my synth tech a couple of weeks ago.
There are some scratches on the metal surfaces (as seen on the photos) but they are only a cosmetic issue. ” Link

“These 3 ARP items are from a private collection. They were all used in a home studio of a singer/songwriter back in the 1970′s. They had been carefully stored in his home for 30 years. They must not have seen much use back in the day as the keys, bushings, slider caps, and switches show no wear at all.
Cosmetically the Sequencer is nearly museum quality. It has a couple small holes drilled in the bottom corner of the wood sides from where it had been mounted to the Odyssey in some type of rack. The holes are very small and you would not notice them unless you were looking for them. The Odyssey has matching holes in the rear corners and also has a few small nicks that have been touched up. The gold lettering is slightly faded in the middle. This is supposedly common on these. It is completely legible but the difference is noticeable. (see photo) The Omni had a couple scratches across the top from something that was lying on it at one time. The scratches were touched up.
The service performed on these units was done as follows: All switches, jacks, etc., were all cleaned and tested. All electrolytic and tantalum capacitors have been replaced with high quality components on all three units. All of the sliders were replaced on the Odyssey with upgraded parts from Synthrestore.uk. There were about 10 sliders that were open circuit so I replaced them all. The Omni had the early design problematic CMOS chips replaced with modern chips. These were located in the phaser and the bass key circuits. The 4072 Filter Modules in the Odyssey and Omni were upgraded for extended frequency. All power supplies were calibrated. All internal calibration adjustments were tested and adjusted where needed.
Demo video of the sequencer and Omni: http://www.youtube.com/user/JerseyAmpTech?feature=mhum#p/a/u/0/4n-C3npsKKU
All three units work perfectly and were serviced to last for many years into the future with no issues. Included in this sale will be a handful of patch cables and the users guide and service manuals on CD. (Upon Request)
I listed all three units together hoping to get a buyer that appreciates a good collection and also to make shipping easier. If you are interested in only one or two items, make me an offer and explain what you are bidding on and what you would like to do. As of the moment I am flexible so lets see what kind of offers come in. ” Auction ended. Click here to browse on eBay.
“Vintage Synare Sequencer. Often paired up with the Synare synth drum. Unit is in great condition for it’s 80′s lineage. Unit is powered by an external power supply which is not offered with the unit so I cannot test the functionality of Sequencer and therefore sold as-is.” Auction ended. Click here to browse on eBay.

THIS IS A RARE OPPORTUNITY…
“ARP Analog Sequencer, excellent working condition but with a few cosmetic issues: areas of sticker/tape residue, multiple scratches and scuffs, and one missing button “cap.” Excellent for use with any of your gear from ARP, Roland, Serge, Doepfer, Blacet, MOTM, Harvestman, Make Noise, Livewire, Plan B, etc. Not suitable for Moog instruments that require S-Trig, or Korg instruments that require Hz/Volt. ” Auction ended. due to personal urgent expenses, I’m forced to sell my beautiful ARP 1611 Vintage Analog Sequencer.
The first version, with black panel and wooden profiles. Rare original EU export version, works natively at 220v.
I bought it many years ago from its first and only owner, my ex-piano teacher, who bought it together with an Arp 2600 synth in Milan, Italy.
It works perfectly and the sliders, usually a delicate issue in old Arps, are very smooth and soft to move.
Every other switch and button also work great and you can see the great care we’ve always took of it.
Cosmetically, I’d give it a full 9,5/10 as it is nearly mint. There are very minor signs here and there, but hardly noticeable.
This sequencer spent all its life in two clean sudios and never gigged nor toured.
It represents a precious add to any serious vintage equipment collection, as I’ve barely seen pieces of old Arp equipment in
such a perfect state” Link
“The Sequential Model 800 Sequencer is a 256-event cv/gate sequencer based on microprocessor technology. This was probably Sequential’s first product. Dave Smith started making these units in his garage. Early serial numbers even feature a strange sci-fi looking Sequential logo. It was built like a tank, encased in a 8″X10″X5″ metal box. It represents one of the first attempts at a commercial meld between analog and digital technology.
The 800 consists of 16 toggle switches which enable “cells”. Each cell can hold up to 16 note-events each. The cells are loaded from CV (control voltage) keyboard via the CV/gate inputs (1 volt per octave) and can be programmed over a 5-octave range. The Gate is switchable between S-trigger and voltage gate. An internal clock runs from 20Hz up to 5kHz to calculate absolute note length or beat division if being driven externally by a low frequency clock. External input is provided via a specially wired plug. A multi-pin parallel connector is used to hook two or more 800′s together. A foot-pedal was available for toggling between record and play modes and start/stop. The CV/gate output is quantized to semitones (1/12). The gate can also be switched between S-trigger and voltage gate.
Sequences cannot be stored, however there may have been a battery backup modification. If a hi freq VCO is used to “clock” the sequencer, it can function as a crude audio waveshaper.
this model is in the euro voltage” Auction ended. Click here to browse on eBay.
“This is a very rare vintage piece, made by Sequential Circuits as an accessory for the the Prophet V. I doubt there were more than a few hundred ever made, if that many, so they are highly collectible. I’ve used it to run a Prophet, but I don’t see why it it couldn’t be used with any synth that has control voltages in and out.
As one of the first sequencers, it features a stunning capacity of 16 notes, which can be recorded in real time or step mode. (You can, however, loop a 16 note sequence infinitely.) Visually it is very cool to watch, as the LED above each note lights up as the sequence runs.
This unit is in perfect working condition-everything functions properly with no issues. Cosmetically, it is excellent, as you can see from the photos. It comes with the original footswitch, also pictured.
You can pick this up from my midtown Manhattan location, or I will ship it anywhere at cost. ” Auction ended. Click here to browse on eBay.
It’s a rare original EU export version, working natively @ 220v.
It’s in mint state: works perfectly and looks actually new. There are three or four very small signs, two on the metal panel and two over the wooden sides
(please see pics) but nothing major.
Usually, on old Arp equipment, the sliders are a delicate point which needs extra care to work properly; but on this Sequencer every slider as well as
every button and switch work smoothly and softly just like if they were new.
I checked every in/out and connections and everything works as it should.
This item is more than 30 years old and looks like it’s been bult yesterday: I think it would be pretty hard to find another Arp Sequencer in such a
perfect state and represents a rare chance for any vintage gear collector.” Auction ended. Click here to browse on eBay.
