“Ok I am selling my vintage Roland SH-2000 Synth, it has been gavering dust in recent years and due to my fiancee being the boss, it sadly has to go with the rest of my early 80’s items
here’s the blurb:
It’s a monophonic synth meaning one note at a time but the good thing it has which i was impressed about at the time I bought it back in the early 80’s was it has aftertouch, meaning you push a bit harder with your finger and you get the extra vibration or what ever you set the sound envelopes at, all the aftertouch controles are on the left side, underneath you have all the keys like trumpet french horn and hapsichord, but all these can change with the envelope controls.
it has some ware and tear on the pvc but it was used in theatre and a band in the 80’s.
comes with the original case but its missing the handle. I used the sounds years ago on my old fairlight which sadly I sold one of the first samplers of the time

“I have for sale a Roland TR-909 drum machine, i won’t bother explaining what it does as im sure if you are reading this you know it is or has been used by pretty much every great dance act on the planet.

I bought this a few months back from a guy here in Australia who ripped me off. The item has a faulty cpu which needs replacing. I have had this diagnosed by an offical roland technician from MHB Music in Adelaide Australia. The part number it needs is 15179149 UPD7811G-033-36 NMOS CPU.

Apart from that it has had a mod removed professionally by the same technician. As you can see from one of the side pictures.

Everything else was working fine, all pots sounded clean and everything functioned A1. The faulty cpu sent noise through the data lines which was audible.

I am assured the item is repairable but unfortunately i cannot source the required part (cpu) here in australia and roland will only ship parts to the country the user is in.

Therefore i offer this ‘as is’ for worldwide sale as maybe you will have more luck than me.

Cosmetically as you can see in the pictures it is pretty good. Apart from where the mod was there are a few small chips on the grey plastic outside covers.” Link

I’ have own this synth since the early 1980s and have used it in a smoke free home studio.
It’s in really nice condition and is more rare then the more available SH-101.

“You are bidding on a vintage Roland SH-101 & Waldorf Pulse Plus.

The items are being sold together so that the buyer may take advantage of the Waldorf Pulse Plus’s built in CV to Midi converter which allows you to control the SH-101 (via 2 cv & gate cables).

The SH-101: This vintage synth was previously owned by Detroit techno legend Kenny Larkin & was used in the creation of classics like ‘Pigs in space’. It is in excellent cosmetic condition. Functionally, the only issue is the main output jack is noisy. This is an easy replacement or clean job. However, it also works quite well as it is by simply plugging your output cord into the “phones” output. Otherwise it’s in great condition.

The Waldorf Pulse Plus: This is the famous Waldorf Pulse Plus synth that also happens to have a built in CV to midi converter. The item is in excellent condition cosmetically. The red knob seems to fluctuate up & down by 1 degree at times when left in a certain position. This doesn’t effect the performance however as it is simple enough to set it’s mode to be controlling on of the simpler functions that doesn’t use the full range of motion (such as the Active/Range mode).

Includes power supplies for both instruments (SH-101’s power supply is aftermarket) as well as a set of cables to connect the CV & Gate. SH-101 includes vintage box! ” Link

This synth is in good working order and has has served me well for the last 18 years. However, I’ve rarely used in recent months as I’m now using a Roland SH201 and I’m also trying to downsize my studio. It has lived in a smoke-free home since I bought it.

Imperfections to note on this item:

*
Slight crackle on the volume control.
*
Some screws missing (like that when I bought it but doesn’t affect it).
*
Some of the faders require lubrication (I think all could benefit a clean!).
*
Pitch bender panel has a crack (see photos).
*
Slight dent on panel where the envelope control is.
*
Slight mark on the top ‘C’ key.

All other knobs, keys and faders are completely intact and fully working” Link
