You are a looking at an auction for a Roland Juno-60 polyphonic analog synthesizer in 100% working condition and great overall cosmetic condition. This synthesizer has been professionally modified by the Synth Spa (a service that operates on Ebay) – modifications include: BLUE BANSHEE mod (blue lit bender and blue LEDs), custom wood paneling in dark blue and natural wood, and a full MIDI conversion (no need for an external CV gate to MIDI converter!). This thing is a beast and will serve the right person well!!! I would love to keep it but honestly cannot afford to.

Additional advantages to the Juno 60 vs the Juno 106 include an arpeggiator and (rumor has it) a more cutting sound.

Good luck bidding, and please let me know if you have any questions!” Link

“This is a Roland Juno 60 synth. I have owned this synth since about 1985.
Really never did much with it. I’m not in a band, never have been. My grandpa gave this to me when I was a teenager. I’m 44 now.
This synth had been stored under my bed all this time. I have played it, it sounds just like it did in the 80s.
Everthing works, all knobs and buttons are there and I even have the JSQ-60 Digital recorder with the original owners manual.
The manual for the juno-60 is printed off the web. The volume knob is a little scratchy when you adjust the volume, just needs a good cleaning I’m sure. I took alot of pictures, there are a few nicks and scratches, nothing too bad though.” Link

“Offered for sale is this amazing Roland Juno 60 in good condition and perfect working order.
It has been very carefully looked after in a non-smoking home studio and is consequently in very good condition (see photos below for details).

Two of the sliders are missing their plastic tops. I have seen these on Ebay for about $13.00 a piece.

In use, all sliders and buttons move smoothly and noiselessly. There are no known faults at all with this synth – the patch memory system is working fine and is chock-full of the glorious analogue sounds which make these classic Junos so highly-regarded and sought-after. (Please note: it is always possible with vintage equipment that some crackly pots/sliders may develop over time when equipment has not been used – this can usually be easily rectified either by use or with a bit of switch-cleaning spray)” Link

“Roland Juno 60 Analog Synthesizer w/ Roland MD 8 DCB/MIDI Converter

I’ve owned this Juno for over 12 years, it stayed in my smoke-free studio and never travelled or gigged. It has a few minor issues, which were the result of the previous owner : The LFO trigger button needs to be held down firmly to make contact, the volume knob is scratchy when adjusted, but sounds clean after the volume is set, and the power cable ground prong is missing. There are some signs of wear from the previous owner as shown in the photos. Besides that, the synth functions as it should, and is a solid example of a Juno-60. The sliders and all other subsequent pots are also functioning as they should.

The MD-8 DCB/MIDI Converter is fully functional and includes a DCB cable and a square ended two prong power cable. A Pdf. manual for the JUNO-60 and the MD-8 will also be included. I ship taking the weight and delicate nature of the electronic instrument in mind. The Juno-60 will be shipped separately from the MD-8.” Link

“I have here my trusty Juno 60 with lovely faux wood panelled sides. Much like how the faux wood panelling gives me the warm-fuzzies, some of the sounds this baby makes are warm and fuzzy. But that’s not all — it also makes a wide variety of farty-noises, buzzy noises, wooOOooOoOoOooo-ey noises, blurps, and screeches. This classic vintage analogue synthesizer is awesome!

Please note, this synth has an American power cord. You will need a voltage adapter for it — you can get them on ebay, amazon, Maplin, etc.

This synth is old, but is still in good working condition. It has a few wee bumps and scratches and is a bit dusty. All of the knobs and sliders and keys are intact and in working order. BUT — the patch memory storage is a bit flaky. Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn’t (mostly, it doesn’t — this is a recent problem and I haven’t ever had any other problems with it before). I looked this up on-line and the general consensus seems to indicate this is caused by the aging battery, which can be replaced. (What I’m saying is that the keyboard makes music — you just can’t always load and save your wonderful bleepy-farty sounds, but you can totally dial them up manually and rock out.)” Link

“Up for sale is my beloved Roland Juno-60 analog synthesizer. I have owned this Juno for about ten years and have used it in a smoke-free studio. Cosmetically, I would rate the synth about a 7/10 – see photos. Functionally, there are a couple of minor issues that have been present since I bought the synthesizer, but I have never had addressed because they were so minor. The first issue is thatwhen I first bought the synth some of the pots sounded a bit scratchy, but I haven’t heard any scratchiness in years and have used the synth on numerous recordings. The second issue is that occasionally (e.g. every few months) one of the voices in the synth becomes much quieter than the others. This is quickly remedied by turning the synth off and back on. Again, this is an intermittent problem that should be addressed by a technician, but it has never bothered me enough to get it fixed and I have gotten countless hours of enjoyment from this synth. ” Link

“The keyboard is in good condition. All keys work perfectly. The arpeggio range switch is broken, but otherwise, all other switches and knobs work perfectly. You can replace the arpeggio range switch for about $50. There are some scratches on the wood sides, but other than that, the keyboard is in immaculate shape. I will include a sustain pedal. I will also include a heavy duty keyboard stand if the item is picked up. ” Link

“If you’re looking at this you probably already know about the legendary Roland Juno 60′s status and smooth analogue sound.

My one is in great condition with few marks on the metal work and some small amount of in-life marking on the end caps.

All keys present and working and in great condition. Everything working great apart from the Octave Transpose switch, which is missing (probably available online but not looked)

I’ve added a twin phono out to use in my home (standard hifi connector).

Amazing bit of kit and the previous owner has used this at Old Wembly Stadium as pert of Queen Tribute band, however it certainly doesn’t appear to have had a difficult life.” Link

“This is a classic Roland Juno 60 Analog Poly synthesizer. This particular unit includes a Kenton Pro DCB to Midi adapter that allows you to control the synth via Midi along with sync the LFO and ARP to midi sync. Both the Synth and midi adapter are in great condition. The Synth has a few minor cosmetic issues, one is a missing slider cap, the actual shaft is there and is fine and working, just the cap is missing. Second, there is a quarter sized place on the top left of the synth where some paint has been scraped on the synth, and lastly, the “wood grain” contact paper is a little worn on the side panels, as it is on almost every 60 I have ever seen. I would still give this synth an 8.5 out os 10 on condition. there are 2 other minor issues, one is the volume knob is a little scratchy, but once it is srt, it is not an issue, second, the power cord is a little worn near the case. I have tape on it and it has no effect on the synth.” Link

“his IS a keyboard for sale!

Hey Guys,

Here is the “Blue Banshee” from the Synth Spa. It’s a totally checked over, calibrated, and souped up Juno 60 with midi.

Here are some of the finer details;

- Comes with an internal power modification for your countries power consumption requirements AND the right cord!

- The power section comes with new large electrolytic capacitors and a new 3 prong power cord receptacle with a standard 3 prong power cable ( Like a computer power cable ).

- All buttons and faders have been rebuilt and de – oxidized for better than original performance ( The old faders are kind of stiff and hard to move )

- It’s a fully calibrated unit. It’s been almost thirty years and these Juno 60′s are usually WAAAAY out of alignment. It’s restored to the show room goodness!

- A brand new battery has been installed.

- All keys have been cleaned and contacts de-oxidized.

- The midi is a simple midi out and in. Key on and Key off, which is what most tend to need, however the kenton midi kit is available for an additional cost. If you would rather leave the DCB we can work something out.

- All LED’s and the two digit screen have been replaced with a nice medium tone Blue LED package.

- The bender is now a blue plexiglass bender with a nice array of blue LED’s shining up from below.

- The old bulky wood side panels have been replaced with a new wood design and it’s your choice what color and style we use. The first examples are “double thick” to add the design, the last pictures are designed to show you how the Juno 60 can be slimmed down a bit and with different wood. Black, Purple Mahogany, Stained Mahogany, and Classic Cherry. OR anything else your mind can come up with!

- The metal case has been carefully cleaned, wet sanded, and a new finish has been put on to protect the original screen print. Satin, Semi gloss, and Gloss are available finishes ( the pictures are a gloss finish)
( many customers have raved about the gloss finish, it makes it look brand new and off the show room floor!)” Link

“I received this all original Roland Juno-60 polyphonic keyboard as a band trade in the early1990s -wrapped it – stored it until 2 years ago. It powers on through my PA setup- all keys work and has a variety of different sounds. To my understanding (I’m a drummer) – buttons and slides are functioning. It is missing 2 slider knobs as shown, has a few common minor dents and scratches from use and storage, and is missing 1 rubber foot pad on the bottom. Sold as is. Front tag reads: Model JUNO-60, Serial No. 329738. ” Link

Please check the pictures carefully and you can see the issues with the knobs. ” Link

“Vintage Roland Juno 60 Analog Synthesizer EXCELLENT!

The Roland Juno-60 is a popular analogue 61-key polyphonic synthesizer produced by Roland in the early 1980s and a successor to the slightly earlier Juno-6. Like its predecessor, the Juno-60 has some digital enhancements, used only for clocking the oscillators and for saving/loading patches

NO scratches, dings. dents, burn marks, etc.

Just a couple of very small chips on the laminated edge

NO missing parts, knobs, or sliders.

EXCELLENT CONDITION AS PICTURED” Link

“verkaufe meinen Roland Juno-60 Vintage Analog Synthesizer.

“Roland Juno 60 Analogue Programmable Polyphonic Synthesizer.

Classic synthesizer from the 1980′s

I ‘ve had this synthesizer for about 7 years. I’ve had loads of fun with it, however work and lifestyle changes mean that I have very little time for it now. Over the last 2 years I’ve hardly touched it.

Being over 25 years old it does have some faults and damage, but it is totally original and is crying out to be restored.

The main fault is that the memory patch system does not work. I bought the Juno off a friend who told me that the Juno was switched on and off several times, and that this caused the damage to the patch system. I really don’t know if this is true.

The other obvious damage is the Arpeggio Mode rocker switch has broken off. This was my own fault, hit by the vacuume cleaner.

The Juno does have plenty of knocks and chips to the wooden ends.

To the best of my knowledge everything else works. I have just had a play around with it and can’t find any other problems.

I should mention that I have always only used head phones when playing the Juno, as I have no other equipment. So I have never been able to test out any of the sockets on the back of the synthesizer.

I do have a Roland Patch cassette Tape which I am also including in the auction.

There is no case with the Juno” Link

“Up for auction is a Roland Juno 60 in very good condition except for the following:

* 1 key has a blemish (2nd G from bottom) Barely noticeable in pictures below
* the end caps show some slight flaking on edges

The good news is: This synth was recently serviced and is fully functional.

* All sliders and pots have been fader-lubed to remove any scratchiness and to ensure smooth operation.
* The battery is in fine condition.
* All LEDs and buttons work.

The sound is rich and beautiful. Having owned several Juno 106′s, this unit definitely has character to spare in ways that the 106 just can’t do.
I am reducing my setup and this piece couldn’t keep its spot, but it’s nearly the last polysynth that I am letting go. It has been babied since I got it and was recently serviced and calibrated in anticipation of this sale” Link

These were almost to small to get a picture of . There is a picture maybe you can see it . I am not sure if this came from the manufacture like this . To be safe I wanted to mention it . This was bought in 1983 and cost over 1,800 dollars . It was played twice and stored . It was stored in a home . There are no issues except what I have mentioned . There are no missing knobs or parts .Once again this is in excellent condition . Does not come with stand or Amp ” Link

“Hi thanks for checking out my listing. I’ve owned this synth for 12 years. I’ve never had any issues. There are some cosmetic issues on the endbells.
They can easily be replaced if that’s something you’d like to do.
The 3 way octave switch is broken. It can be switched still. I just use a small screwdriver when I need to. There is a replacement that can be seen in the photos.
I just didn’t have the time or resources to fix it myself.
The only other problem is the battery needs replacing. None of the factory patches are saved.
It can be programmed but the patches won’t save without a new battery.

All keys work great. The switches, buttons and sliders are all in perfect working order unless otherwise mentioned” Link
