Comes with operation manual, synthesis handbook, and original AD-5U Casio adapter. Strap buttons are still functional if you want to be mobile on stage. Over the past couple years, I haven’t played it much at all. (I just played it last on May 6th and it works great/is going to break my heart to get rid of.) It has been my main keyboard for 4-5 years in numerous projects.

“It’s only plays with headphones that I plugged in it-I guess maybe the speakers are blown. Therefore I am selling this for parts or repair. It does not work like it should. I found a power supply from a different Casio that works. That’s the one that comes with it .I can hear a couple small things tinging around when I shake it. It has a lot of scratches on the back but in front only has some wearing on the keys. a lot of the Dust will probably wipe off but I didn’t bother to. “Hello, you are viewing my auction for a Vintage Casio CZ1000 Digital Synthesizer Keyboard. This is a 49 Key Synthesizer. I have not tested every feature on this keyboard since I honestly do not know what the features do. Here is what I have tested. I have plugged in the keyboard and it does turn on. I plugged headphones into the headphone jack and when I pressed every key there was sound. I was able to select different sounds from the left side and each time I pressed a key it made a sound.”

“Here is a really nice Casio cz-1000 vintage phase distortion synthesizer keyboard. It is a cz1000 model. It operates on batteries. We tried all the keys and functions and everything seems to work fine. The only thing I noticed is when I did the pitch bend, I can bend the tones up and down. But if I push the pitch bend all the way up or all the way down, it makes a high pitched noise. I am not sure if that is normal or not. It comes with a casio cover. One of the seams is kind of coming apart, but the cover is still functional. It has midi in and outs on the back. As well as the audio outs and plugs on the side.”

Appears to be fully working with the exception of the pitch bend function which seems a little weird when it’s cranked up all the way.

Plastic veneer is scuffed and peeled away in one area, but the function buttons in that area all appear to be working.

Phones signal is good and output signal is good.

“This synth is in working condition . The power supply is not original, it is a universal type installed by the local music shop . I have not used the battery option but everything seems to be accounted for. There is a cigarette burn right by the Casio logo and slight warping on the control panel and a couple of keys ( SEE PICS ) . The fader button is missing on the volume but the volume works All buttons and knobs etc are working . Missing one keytar knob .
