This item is used, but in good cosmetic condition. It shows some signs of prior sue. The Pulse Width Slider is broken off. Some of the sliders stick a bit.

This has been tested to power on. The light on the power switch would come on. I tried to get it to play sound by plugging an old pair of headphones into the output on the back, I was unable to get it to produce any sound. I also tried plugging a TV into the other audio output on the back, and I was still unable to get it to produce any sound.

I know very little about this unit and how to get it to function.
