# ARP 2500 Modular Synth

2500, ARP @ 24 June 2009

“In very good condition. Matrix working and sliders are moving smooth, just like you would expect. All modules have their Matrix slidercaps, only the blank
panels don’t. This system requires 110V so the buyer has to use a voltage converter, if the system stays in Europe or if it goes to Australia. Rest of
the world is 110V, so no voltage converter needed. This system has serial#75-023. So this one was built in the year 1972. The modules in this
system are: Dual VCO 1023, Osc 1004-T, Dual Noise/Random Voltage Generator 1016, Dual Envelope 1033, Multimode Filter 1047, Dual Envelope 1033, FiltAmp1006,Dual Envelope 1003a, ModAmp 1005, Multimode Filter 1047, Power Control 1002. The system has been tested and everything is working, except for the Noise module. This module is working but once pushed in the socket at the back, the system goes into short-circuit. Once the module is removed from the socket, the system works
again. So the Noise module is slightly faulty. And 1 dual envelope does do the manual gates but the rest is not functional,so this one needs to be serviced. These systems are so rare these days thatsome people say that only about 30-35 complete systems are fully working,as far
as known. I’m only selling this in 1 piece, as it would be a shame to split the system to sell the modules separately. If you look at the collage I made with 4
pictures you can see how good the system looks, despite being 37 years old.A single module can go up to $1500 USD per module and more.Certainly the Multimode Filters and the VCO’s.There is no keyboard but it can be played with a keyboard with cv/gate.Or a midi keyboard with midi to cv/gate converter.

Shippingcosts will not be cheap,so expect something around $800 USD.
