Die Gebrauchsanweisung ist leider nicht mehr vorhanden. Ich liefere den Drumcomputer auch ins Aussland. Bitte die genauen Lieferkosten nachfragen. Great sounding synth, much fatter than a Juno 106. uses SSM chips ,real VCOs and does a very good Prophet 5 imitation, Probably the best of the budget analogue polysynths. Like all VCO based synths it need 5-10 minutes to warm up when cold – after that tuning stability is fine. Incidentally this is not the same Poly six as the one I sold last week. “Up for sale is my sequential circuits six trak analog synth. I was lucky enough to buy this synth in 1993 brand spanking new. The music store had discovered this baby lost in it’s warehouse completely sealed and in it’s original packaging. So this synth has less miles on it then most Six – Traks that you will find. I used this synth for about 3yrs, mostly sampling it, and triggering it via midi useing sequencing software. It has never left the house and was covered and put in a closet after it saw it’s time in my home studio. I no longer have the owners manual but I have found it online at Synthfool.com and was able to quickly download it. I highly recommend getting the manual if you want to get the most out of this synth. After looking at the online manual and testing the synth out, I’ve found out this thing is cooler then I knew. When I purchased this synth I was young and impatient and am pretty certain that I never read the manual. All and all the Six-Trak sounds great with all knobs working perfectly, no scratchy sound from dirty pots. On to the condition of the Six-Trak. There are some small imperfections wich can be seen in the pictures.The black mark on one of the keys (about the size of a grain of rice) seems to be permenant marker. I tried to clean it with a gentle cleaning agent but I had no luck. I figured you can try to get it off if you wish, but I didn’t want to use something stronger and have it damage the key. Similar to the black mark, is what looks like a small amount of white paint on the wood. It’s almost exactly the same size as the black mark and same situation,I didn’t want to take something stronger to it and have more damage done. I beleive both marks would come off, if the right cleaning compound was used. All other damage can be seen in the pictures and otherwise this synth is in great shape.” Link

“you are bidding on a vintage Arp Odyssey 2800 synthesizer seen in pics. this is the last arp that I am going to be selling. i bought it awhile back with plans on having it sent out to be completely restored. i never got around to it. i can’t see any reason to let this sit here for a few more years. in addition, i have two other odysseys – one model with the ‘illegal’ moog filter and a later MKIII version – hence the sale. this was the transitional model from the with the rotary pitch bend knob.
the unit is in decent physical shape. there are some marks along the edges of the metal and the schematics are slightly fading in some areas. the keys are in good shape. you can see by the pics, it’s certainly presentable, but not mint by any stretch.
the unit does play and produces sound. however, it is VERY unstable. at some points, it functions rather well and i can run down all of the keys. many times, it will take off and not play the notes correctly. it’s almost as if the portomento or the release on the adsr is stuck. other times it sounds like all i am trying to do is generate noise. i never had a tech look at it, so i don’t know the extent of the issue. a few of the sliders are missing the colored tips. some slide real well. others are a little sticky. a few are very sticky. from what i see, most seem to function. it’s hard to tell exactly because of the instability to hold a sound and manipulate it with the sliders to test.
just bid knowing this will need some work and bid accordingly. do not expect a flawlessly functioning, perfect looking unit and there won’t be an issue. ” Link
“I’m reluctantly selling my lovely Arp Omni to fund a deposit on moving home. This is in good working order, with quite a few scratches here and there but certainly not bad looking for a 35 year old instrument; it has a couple of missing slider caps, and one key that is a bit resistant; by no means perfect but entirely operational. It is US 110V but I can include a step-down transformer for UK mains.
This is the MK 1 version which is a lot rarer than the later orange and black Omni-2. It is also in my opinion warmer sounding. The Omni comprises a string machine and 1-VCO synthesiser with LFO (and slider for rate), VCF cut-off and resonance, an ADSR, and includes chorus phaser and waveform enhancement effects to add colour to the basic sound. I’ve taken some photos so that you can see all the features. The string sounds are beautiful and rival the Solina in their lushness. The keyboard splits when bass and cello are selected so that you can play vioilins/violas with your right hand and the lower stuff with you left hand. There is a mixer to get different volume levels for the synth and strings. It has the usual suite of connections on the back (again, see the photo).” Link

This Odyssey is in AMAZING (almost flawless) cosmetic condition and very good functioning order. It has never left my smoke free studio.
This version of the Odyssey has the Pitch Bend knob and Trigger, Gate and CV in and outs.
It’s recently had a basic service and a clean by a tech but as with all vintage synths from this era a complete calibration is recommended to get this unit back to perfect playing order.
I don’t know a lot about the ins and outs of this complex synth and to be honest I’ve only played with it a handful of times since buying it a few years ago. It sounds awesome but I found it way too complicated to use on a regular basis, so I can’t justify keeping it as it has become just a great looking piece of studio furniture that simply doesn’t get switched on enough.
As far as I can tell and according to the technician I had it looked at by, all of the sliders are clean sounding and function perfectly and most are smooth moving (only a couple have a slight stiffness to them). All the keys are triggering perfectly but there are tuning quirks on certain intervals when played duophonically.

Keyboard has the prophet T8 mechanism with velocity and polyphonic aftertouch with plenty midi outs.
It has software version 5 with the notation option a 9 gig system drive and a 2.6 gig optical drive with various libraries Prosonus, Universal, NED etc.
Ii also has the big memory bin which allows easy memory expansion whithout the need for upgrade. It doesn’t contain the DTD system only the software option. It doesn’t have a mac but you can connect it through a provided serial to USB adaptor to any modern mac even the latest powerbook.
No wonder that still today a lot of film composers rely on the synclav.

Ich habe vier neue Batterien (Grösse C) eingelegt und das Gerät gestartet. Konnte mit meinen Kopfhörern die einzelnen Drumsounds abhören. Mit den Slider kann man die Lautstärke der einzelnen Instrumente einstellen, funktionierte alles bestens. Die Batterieabdeckung ist vorhanden. Wurde nur für das Foto kurz entfernt. Die Gebrauchsanweisung ist leider nicht mehr vorhanden. Ich liefere den Drumcomputer auch ins Aussland. Bitte die genauen Lieferkosten nachfragen. Nach Deutschland würde ich via DHL für 8euro liefern.
