Moog, Source @ 31 August 2009, “No Comments”

“This is a Vintage Moog Source in very good working condition. Every function on this synth works perfectly. I have had it for a while and have not used it that much. I just did a cleaning of the inside and everything looks very good in side. All the keys function perfectly. Just did a recording with it and the sound is amazing. I love the flexibility of using the main controller to change the parameters. Sample and hold is excellent and the arpegiator is excellent. The 16 presets right above the keys work so perfectly and musically its amazing especially combining these with the octave buttons it’s great for performance. There are a few scratches and dings but overall it is in very good condition.” Link

Minitmoog, Moog @ 31 August 2009, “No Comments”

“MOOG Minitmoog Monophonic Synthesizer serial number 1100 to the best of my knowledge less than 2000 were made, very rare! I have been collecting analog synths for 20 years now, I have never come across one again. This synth was purchased as a project, and I just dont have time to work on it now. So here is the good, it is fairly good aesthetic condition with typical aging for a instrument 35 years old. Some of the tone keys are yellowed two are broke, but I have the piece that broke off to one needs to be epoxied. The keys are in good shape, and everything seems complete it is missing one cap and the other four have slight cracks. The bad, when powered up and plugged in I cannot get sound. THE VERY GOOD- When it is hooked up to a keyboard amp, and you turn the power on and off you get a chirp of tone, that chirp changes as you change the tones, filters, modulation etc, just doesnt respond to the keys, so I would have to say it is very repairable by someone who fixes analog synthesizers. ” Link

“974 Minimoog Synthesizer Serial 5766

This minimoog is in perfect working condition. I’ve had it since 2003 in my recording studio. I’ve enjoyed playing it over the years. It’s sad to have to put it up on here to sell. I don’t have a job right now, so I have no choice but to sell it. I hope who ever wins this moog will take special care of it. It’s a one of a kind vintage peace of music history. Everything works great. The keys feel good, the knobs, and switches work great! Cosmetically the wood has some small scraches and little dings. Other than that everything is great. It comes with a road case. ” Link

“This is a MINT CONDITION Memory Moog Plus that works perfectly. All voices tune. Everything works like it was new. Recently serviced. It doesn’t get any better than this. I will ship to Europe.” Link

MG-1, Moog @ 31 August 2009, “No Comments”

“Offered here by TIMEWARP MUSIC is a Realistic Concertmate MG-1. This particular unit is in excellent, nearly flawless condition. The unit has been working on by our keyboard repair guys and is in 100% fully working order. We do our best to describe things accurately and we point out when something is scuffed or flawed in any way. The close up of the keys shows the one scuff mark on the G key. The shots of the corner show that there are very small dings on the corner. Though hard to see in the pictures, there are a few of the original knobs that aren’t 100% cosmetically (mainly, the cutoff freq knob in the filter section). However, these are very small cosmetic problems and the unit really is in excellent condition. ” Link

Korg, MS-10 @ 29 August 2009, “No Comments”

“You are looking at a used Korg MS-10 semi-modular analog synth. This unit is in excellent condition for it’s age, with only a few scuffs. The only minor flaw with this unit is a slight dent (and scratch) in the casing at the back right-hand corner. This is pictured clearly and does not affect the sound in any way. Other than that, the synth sounds fantastic and all controllers work as they should. I have tested the patch-bay in several configurations and everything works fine. There is an occaisional crackle when turning certain knobs, but I should be able to eliminate that with high quality contact contact cleaner.” Link

“Original Korg monophonic Synthesiser MS-20 + 7 patch leads. In good working condition, but has a few tiny scratches because it has been used (of course it has!). This is not a replica with midi, but the original kit from Keio electronic laboratory corp Tokyo/Japan – plug it into your guitar amp and off it goes. You can connect it to a computer via the line-in socket, but just playing it through a big stage amp – hearing is believing!

ac 240v 50-60 hz 10w. There is a manual BUT the front page has gone missing.

This item is also being advertised in ‘Rock around the Clock’ so if you are REALLY keen to have it send me a message. ” Link

Korg, MS-10 @ 29 August 2009, “No Comments”

“This auction is for my lovely Korg MS10.
I’ve owned it for about 15 years – it’s been well looked after and not gigged during that time – lives in my non-smoking home studio and has had light use over that time.

It’s in really excellent clean condition, with the odd minor scuff and scratch as you’d expect from a 30 year old synth – a couple of non-original screws in the case and a sticker on the back, which could be removed if required; minor flaws, nothing major – please see photos for exact details.

All pots and sliders are working perfectly, with no crackles or scratchiness in operation.
The only fault I could find on testing was that the pitch wheel didn’t appear to be working as expected: it’s in the hands of my repair wizard who’s confident of a swift and easy fix (he has a selection of the relevant MS10 spares to hand) so I’ll not be able to post it until September 3rd at the earliest.

This sale is for a really clean and fully-operational genuine vintage Korg MS10: it has not been interfered-with during the past 15 years apart from the above-mentioned repair which has been carefully made using genuine Korg MS10 parts.

This MS10 sounds fantastic, as it should: I’m only selling it as I’ve finally found an MS20 and need to pay for it.
It’s a great little synth for learning about synthesis and programming: I’ve found it really easy to get great results.
The semi-modular aspect makes it very versatile, and the external input is great for filtering other sounds.
Capable of producing searing leads and very fat dirty basses, MS10s are much-loved by the rave generation.” Link

Korg, X-911 @ 29 August 2009, “No Comments”

“Originally sold and branded as a guitar synthesizer, the Korg X-911 is a rather versatile effect processor as you can process any signal (guitar, microphone, sine wave, etc) to get a unique sound by layering the onboard instrument sounds with the onboard “Synthe.” This unit tracks best with single notes, though it can do some interesting unpredictable things if you send more than single notes. The buttons look like the panel from a Polysix, but the filters inside are closer to a MS-20/MS-10 type synth. This X-911 has been tested and works well. All buttons and knobs work well. All knobs and buttons are original. I will include a custom stompbox that allows the user to toggle the Internval, Portamento, Hold and On/Off jacks on the front of the unit. Unit has some light wear to it from use — it came out 28 years ago, so expect a little wear and tear, but it functions great. Pictures are of actual item for sale.” Link

Korg, X-911 @ 29 August 2009, “No Comments”

“The Korg X-911 is a very underestimated synth. What it was intended to be, was a stand alone guitar synthesizer. What it now represents, in these enlightened times, is an all analog, quite unique, signal processor/effects unit. Whereas a true guitar synth really requires its own dedicated pickup arrangement, this unit simply accepts a standard 1/4″ jack input. Just patch your guitar, microphone, or other instrument into the X-911 and play one note at a time. Sporting both CV/Trigger inputs AND outputs, these features alone, make it quite a useful little toy.

The front panel is divided conveniently into semi-preset traditional sounds, called “Instrument”, and more adventurous sounds with the nomenclature “Synthe”. The Instrument sounds are named Electric Bass, Tuba, Trumpet, Dist. Guitar, Violin and Flute. The Synthe sounds are designated as graphical waveform icons (Pulse, Ramp, Square). Every voicing has adjustable parameters, with most of the Instrument sounds having a filter control, bar the Violin, which has an envelope control. The Synthe sounds all have envelope controls, namely Attack and Decay.

The two sections may be overlaid or used separately, with control via the central balance slider. Many features such as Portamento, Interval, Hold etc. are foot switchable via inputs on the front panel. Naturally, the all important Voltage Controlled Filter is in residence, as is a Portamento control. Velocity Response/Touch Sensitivity is controlled by a 3 way switch. All in all, this unit is ideal for those Soundmeisters seeking to distance themselves from the all too common sameness of the modern digital era.

This powers up and works great, all knobs are intact.” Link

“Up for sale is the Yamaha SHS 200 synth/keytar from the 80’s that I modified. It is now painted a white color with custom soviet style lettering in red and black. I have added white l.e.d.’s below the keyboard, in where the speakers are, and on the front of the keyboard by the pitchbender. The l.e.d.’s run off a 9 volt battery that would be on the back of the keyboard. I have also included a guitar strap. The keyboard runs on either a standard walwart (included), or off I believe 6 C batteries. As you can see by the pictures this synth looks sick and on stage it looks even better! Originally this had a cheesy synth in it but for some reason that isn’t working correct any more so that is why I’m selling this as a keytar controller. All the controller functions like octave up and down and midi channel select still work great and all the keys (mini keys) work excellent. This was made to be on the stage and with these mods it is even more impressive on stage. I wish I could keep it but I am needing money right now so I hope it goes to someone who will rock it on stage. This is a good alternative to the super over priced roland keytar controllers.” Link

“Sequential Circuits SCI Prophet 2000 Sampler KULT defekt Bastler

Also alle 8 Tastendrücke kommt nichts.

” Link

“Welcome to my auction. Here I am selling a very rare Seqential Circuits- Multi-trak.

It’s a really great synthesizer, underrated! (see vintage synths review on link below!)

It’s equipped with 6-notes of analog polyphony, which can be stacked all together to produce some really fat sounds!!!

It is a U.S model (no different from a 240v, all made in Japan I expect) and comes complete with its power adapter. (see picture 3)

Overall condition is good, a few little marks (being a bit fastidious), but being nearly 25 years of age, it’s seriously great! . ” Link

“This Pro One is in perfect and original condition. I bought it around December last year. The reason I’m selling it is that I have recently bought a Sequential Circuits Prophet 5 and can’t really afford to own both. This machine is a total classic. The first time I sat down played it I instantly recognised lots of sounds from classic dance tracks from the 1980s onwards.

Serial 100- 1806

I can send it in the post, but I would rather you came to collect in person. It’s not good to send these old synths in the post.” Link

“Classic SCI Drumtraks Drum Machine. Unit works fine in both stand alone and MIDI modes. The unit has some minor cosmetic blemishes as you’d expect for a 25 year old machine, but nothing major. Both wooden end panels are still firmly fixed to the machine. Also included are the original manual, service notes, and a start/stop footswitch.

It has MIDI and also connections to sync with older analogue gear that are non-MIDI. The Drumtraks has thirteen drum sounds all with programmable tuning and level control. Extensive editing with copy and paste ability. There’s even a mixer section for individual sounds, six individual outputs, one mono mix output, and cassette in/out for offline memory storage (NOT INCLUDED).

This is quite a heavy machine, so postage will be around £15 for the UK.” Link

“Sequential Circuits Prophet 600 Analog Synthesizer with AC cord and full manual – Beautiful Condition, fully restored by Wine Country Productions, the Sequential Circuits experts.

I am J D Emmanuel, electronic musician – jdemmanuel.com. I purchased in less than two years ago. I used it to finish some analog tracks on some pieces that were incomplete on 4-track reel.

I tested it before this listing, all functions, keys and knobs work as designed. It sounds great!!! Cosmetically the keyboard area is beautiful, the back panel has a few scratches with the :”Filter CV In” lettering partially missing and the bottom has scratches as I tried to show in the pics.” Link

“Here is a beautiful vintage and REAL analog synthesizer. The Sequential Circuits Six – Trak is one awesome little beast of a synthesizer. It features six oscillators and six voices that makes it far more versatile that a moog monophonic synth. Its basses are incredibly fat and creamy sounding, and nearly every preset is completely awesome. Not to mention it is very simple to program and create your own sounds. This sweet little gem also features a really cool 6 track sequencer with two memory slots, that is actually quite cool, especially for live performance because it behaves more like a 6 channel looper where you can add to sequences on the fly with 6 different voices. There is also a built in arpeggiator which is basically awesome for making those spaced out sounds!

I fully tested all of the features and everything is working 100% perfectly. I also cleaned out the pots and electronics so everything is working perfectly smooth. Also, it includes a custom fit hardshell case that is very nice. I’ll also email the manual in PDF format.

Cosmetically is is nearly perfect with the exception of one tiny nick on one of the keys, which looks like a cigarette burn. However, this unit DOES NOT smell like smoke. It came from a non smoking home and the burn must have happened long ago and it is hardly noticeable and doesn’t effect playability or performance of the synth at all. There are some slight nicks in the paint along the rear corner, but again it is VERY minute. It really has been taken very well care of and looks almost brand new. ” Link

“You are bidding on a great condition vintage Arp Odyssey model 2813 mkII analog synth. Everything, to my knowledge, works as it should Cosmetically, it is really clean w/ only a few very minor scratches that are insignificant in nature. There are a couple of areas on the top back edge where the paint has worn off a little, which is shown in pics. All lettering & graphics on the unit are legible & in good shape. The VCA GAIN , KYBD CV ,VCF FREQUENCY & PORTAMENTO colored fader caps have non original replacement ones that came off a different Arp piece , so they are still Arp made. All faders move freely & all switches are good & function properly. This unit has been maintained very well & has recently been professionally cleaned. The following is is a more specific explanation of the maintenance & care it has had recently. Thanks for stopping by & Good Luck Bidding !

This is an Arp Odyssey (Pure Analog during its hay day – a Rock and Roll piece of history!). This unit is equally as cool as the Moogs of that era (It’s not a Moog; however, it has a cool dynamic sound (incredible whopping lows – searing soaring highs – and everything in between – This unit has the 4075 filter. Think of this as a companion to the Mini Moog. This thing does things the Moog can not and vice verse – typically both these synths are found side by side.

This unit has been cleaned inside and out , all the pots and switches have been cleaned and conditioned, The power supply has been recapped, all solder joints inspected, module pin connections and mating buss backplane pcb have been cleaned thoroughly, and everything was carefully reassembled. This unit, aside from four fader knobs replaced w/ different Arp brand knobs, the replacement of a hand full of 30year old tantalum and electrolytic caps and the dead op amp, is completely stock and there are no funky stage gig mods. This unit is real clean on the inside. The replacement capacitors are Nichicon 105 C – very reliable caps like those found on the better computer motherboards.

The MK1 is an analog synth with preset orchestral string sounds. It has polyphonic Violin and Viola waveforms as well as monophonic Bass and Cello waveforms. It is split into three sections: Strings, Synthesizer and Bass synth- all simultaneously available. It has traditional and simple VCA, VCF and LFO controls for contouring your sounds as well as a nice chorus that really thickens up the string sound. It has no program memory.” Link

Low E to high E has a measurement of 2 7/32″, spacing between pole pieces is 15/32″ Please measure your instrument to verify the fit. It is possible to slant the Arp pickup to accomidate your string spacing (slightly) too much would effect the volune/trigger. “Hello. Up for sale is a very rare Gleeman Pentiphonic synth. Supposedly there were only about 70 of these ever made. 50 were black and 20 clear. My wife inherited this one from her father when he passed and we have decided it’s time to pay off some bills. I hooked it up to a amp to it and it plays however I don’t understand all the gadgets. The only problem I saw was a few times the notes would continue playing (like it was stuck) after you stop pressing the key. When you power if off and back on it is fine. This unit is in excellent condition and includes a copy of the manual (trust me, you’ll want it to make sense of the presets!). The last Strummer on eBay sold for $100 without a manual, so my Buy It Now price is very reasonable.” Link

“Original MOOG – MINIMOOG® SYNTHESIZER

original Moog Music USA
Seriennummer: 12949

Moog, Rogue @ 24 August 2009, “No Comments”

“Moog Rogue.
Sadly have to sell my little Moog Rogue :-(
100% working order.
Fully serviced last year and has only been used a few times since, It really does sound great now. I had it modded so it now has a hard wired power lead although this can be reversed if you so wish.
There is one small mark on one of the keys from the days you could smoke in the studio!
As with all old synths could probably do with an air duster to clear a few crackles.
Collection Only from Richmond Surrey (District Line), would be a shame to send it and have it dinked out of tune by the postie. ” Link

“This is a New Old Stock oscillator board, made by Moog Music as a replacement for the original board in the Minimoog model D, with more stable oscillators. This may be one of the last Original Moog boards around. This kit has the pc board, (fully stuffed), grommets, insulating strips, and mylar overlay. I have no way of testing it, but it was purchased from the Moog Service Department and never used.” Link
